It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation and ample shopping is available close by.
The interior features a separate dining room, and living room with a CASINO gaming table and a cozy fire place. Cook in a generous kitchen with island seating and professional grade appliances.
