Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Agence war sehr freundlich, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, technische Probleme im Haus werden schnell repariert, soweit möglich. Allerdings müsste das Haus dringend renoviert werden, die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Renovierungszustand. Insofern ist man bei der Ankunft möglicherweise überrascht, wenn man erwartet, ein Haus in dem auf den Bildern präsentierten Zustand vorzufinden. Die Fahrräder in der Garage sind nicht nutzbar, aber man kann alles auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus war mäßig sauber, aber nicht gründlich geputzt. Insgesamt sehr sympathisch, aber es gibt ein paar Aspekte zu optimieren.

Un très bon emplacement de la maison et une très bonne agence avec qui nous étions en relation pour la location.Peu d'entretien de la maison - maison vieillissante sur certains points malheureusement.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette jolie maison de famille. Elle est idéalement située, à 200 mètres de l’océan et 15 minutes à pied du port et ses commerces. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée, le petit jardin charmant. La maison est décorée avec goût et nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme qui règne dans le quartier. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location familiale !

Einfach perfekt!

In jeder Hinsicht ein tolles Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, zentrumsnah und auf der anderen Seite wenige Schritte zum Sonennuntergang am Meer. Stabiles W-LAN, alles sehr sauber, ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit der Agentur SterneVoyages im Zentrum. Einzig die beschriebenen Fahrräder sind nicht benutzbar, aber man kann in der Stadt an mehreren Stellen Räder ausleihen. Dank der regionalen Busverbindungen ist das Haus prima geeignet, um autofrei zu reisen.

Belles vacances à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison à deux pas de la plage. Il est possible de se rendre au port pour retrouver l'animation et les commerces en 15 ou 20 minutes à pied (nous étions avec nos enfants de 3 et 6 ans). Très bonne communication avec l'agence. A noter qu'il peut faire très chaud dans les chambres à l'étage, même en aérant le matin et le soir et en gardant les volets fermés toute la journée (notre séjour a eu lieu pendant une période de canicule). Mais il fait toujours frais au rez-de-chaussée. Le jardin est très agréable.

Séjour breton

Vacances en famille avec tous les âges. Chacun a trouvé ses activités choisies. Balade, plage, école de voile, restaurant. Tout est à proximité. On garde le contact pour revenir

Très bon séjour

Très jolie maison à deux pas de la mer avec un charmant petit jardin. Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir raconté l'histoire de cette maison de famille et pour ses bons conseils. Le ménage est à améliorer.

Très bon emplacement, très proche de la plage et 10 mn à pied du centre ville . Emplacement parking pour une voiture, très important en période estivale. Jardin spacieux très agréable

2 seniors grands parent 5 semaines avec visite des enfants et petits enfants. Seul problème une météo exécrable en juillet 2023 à Concarneau
