Villa EMMANUELLE Large villa, swimming pool, large fenced garden, fibre internet

Villa Emmanuelle is very well placed with a magnificent view of the Provençal countryside, about 1 km from the center of Banon. It was designed by an architect and carefully decorated in the style of the region.
The swimming pool is very well maintained and the 2500 m2 garden is fenced, allowing children to play in complete safety.
All the rooms face south and have a French window that opens onto the garden. The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets. The kitchen, living room and lounge form a large living room with a fireplace, a mezzanine and sloping ceilings with exposed beams. The villa is spacious and bright. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an integrated bathroom with WC, another bathroom upstairs and two additional WCs (therefore 3 WCs in all). the 2 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with ceiling fans. There is also a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The villa is perfect for 8 people. However, it is possible to add an extra bed for 1 person and 2 baby beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels included for maximum 8 persons.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday in high season (July and August) but we are open to any proposal!
Small pets are accepted on a case by case basis.
PS: Villa Emmanuelle is our family vacation home and has been renting out since 2005. We had loads of reviews on the site until we contracted a rental agency in 2017.
Since 2022 we have decided to rent ourselves and for this reason we do not have many reviews yet.
