About this property

New and high quality, central and modern apartment in Art Nouveau style

In the apartment there is underfloor heating, a completely new bathroom with washing machine, a spacious modern kitchen in the vault made of sandstone typical of Heidelberg with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and rounded off with a small bar. The living room and bedroom impress with their high old stuccoed ceilings and new tasteful furniture. Of course there are TVs with cable connection in both rooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The new spacious functional couch can be transformed into a comfortable bed for two large adults, so that 4 people + toddler (cot available) have excellent space. An approximately 50 square meter terrace is also available with a lounge furniture and a table with 6 chairs to enjoy the Heidelberg atmosphere on warm summer evenings and to end an eventful day.

A garage parking space at the house can be booked for € 8 per night. In terms of height, SUVs and vans do not fit.

For bookings lasting several weeks, we offer weekly cleaning of the apartment for € 45 each.

If the apartment is occupied please ask for our second apartment.

Great location and perfect amenities

The apartment was very clean, stocked with everything we needed such as refrigerator, coffee maker, a nice sized shower! Essentially located maki g it very easy to walk up to the castle, catch the tram and shop in downtown Heidelberg.

We came to Heidelberg to visit our daughter and her husband staying in this small apartment in Altstadt. The place was conveniently located near the many Christmas markets and main street shops and bakeries. The kitchen facilities were excellent with plenty of space for multiple cooks. Although close to a busy street the building is back and noise was not a problem. Totally enjoyable place to stay.

December - 3 night stay

We stayed for three nights over the New Year period. The property was comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. We were met by the owner, who was helpful with recommendations and very welcoming. The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minute walk from the Altstadt and 10 minute walk from the ascent to the castle. Heidelberg is a beautiful city with good walking and lovely bars and restaurants.

Gute Lage

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat gut geklappt. Lediglich die Waschmaschine war defekt. Wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung (durch das alte Gemäuer der Stadtmauer, an die das Haus angebaut wurde), mussten wir recht häufig Lüften, auch wenn der Raumentfeuchter gut arbeitet. Im Bett und auf dem Schlafsofa kann man gut schlafen. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat es und gut gefallen.

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in Heidelberg und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitze nur paar Minuten von der Altstadt und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, sogar mit einer Terrasse. Auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen
