Dear guests, our spacious, well maintained and tastefully furnished attic is in a calm, central located villa from 1926.
It is ideal to accomodate small families and groups with up to 4 persons as well as couples and solo travellers.

The house and the attic represent a modern standard combined with the charm of a historic building.

The attic is on the 3rd floor, with 50 sqm it offers lots of space. The large open space room is separated in a sleeping and living area with kitchen.
For sleeping it has a double bed and a extendable day bed (each sleeps 2 persons).
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-supply (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, dishes).
The bathroom has a bathtub for bathing/showering and a toilet (no washing machine).
From the large windows you have a great view and a a lot of daylight.
We provide Cable tv, DVDs and books as well as internet access (wifi) for your entertainment.

Our house is in a calm side street in a neighborhood called "Heidelberg Weststadt". Many houses in the area are art nouveau and art déco style (like our house).
Sights, restaurants, stores and the adjoining woodland can be reached quickly by foot and public transport.
The stop for local trains, trams and busses is close to our location. We are only one stop away from Heidelberg main station and old town.

Towels and linen are included.
Parking permits can be booked optionally at 5 € per car and night / 25 € per car and week. Parking is on the street, no fixed parking. The permits can be paid cash on arrival.

We have an additional attic with 50 sqm for up to 4 persons and an apartment with 80 sqm for up to 5 persons available for rent.
We are living in the same house and will try to help you with any question.
On arrival we have a brochure for you with detailed information about the apartments, the surrounding area and public transport.

Wonderful and quaint appartment in great location

My family and I had a great experience staying at this beautiful loft. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the old town, but also has public transportation right around the corner. The owners live right in the same house, which is very practical, should you have a question or issue with anything. They are very helpful and happy to give advice and resources that make your stay special. Should you decide to arrive by car, the owner will supply you with local parking passes, which are very handy (cost for our 12 day stay was 50 Euros for those). Although we stayed in the middle of summer, the loft appartement was not too hot. Keeping the place shady and cool during the day is key, but wasn't an issue at all. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a convenient, low price option.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage zur Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Anzahl guter Restaurants und Gaststätten. Auch bei durchwachsenen Wetter ein toller Aufenthalt.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Charme!

Absolute Toplage

Das Studio befindet sich unter dem Dach (wir hatten phantastisches Wetter 28 Grad und es war nicht aufgeheizt in der Wohnung. Es stehen aber Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Es ist funktional gleichzeitig ansprechend eingerichtet. Unschlagbar ist die ausgezeichnete Lage. Restaurants aller Coleur, ÖPNV-Anbindung mehrfach, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wenn Heidelberg, dann in der Weststadt, dann in der Villa. Dank an die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter.

Thanks for your review. Some general remarks: if in doubt before your booking, please ask and we will clarify all your questions. Only through good communication, we can help with special needs, e.g. for elderly people. Our studio is in the attic as clearly mentioned in the description. To get there, you must go up 3 floors. You don’t have to be a climber and (as in this case) we are more than happy to help you with your luggage (and all questions you have), when we are around. As it‘s an old building whose architecture is protected by law, we cannot and don‘t want to add a lift. The nature of the attic is, that it‘s under the roof. With 50 square meters (540 square feet) it is quite big. Until the size of 1,90 meters (6.2 feet) most of our guests are fine. In the corners you have to take care. The pictures should give a good idea of the construction. If an attic is not suitable, please inform in advance. We also have a bigger apartment which is on the 2nd floor, not in the attic. Last but not least: we can read messages and reviews much better when they are not all in capital letters and the review is constructive ;-)

Schöne Tage und Nächte in Heidelberg

Sehr schöne romantische Wohnung unterm Dach, gekonnt restauriert. Gut und komplett eingerichtet und trotz fußläufiger Entfernung (etwas über 1 km) zur Altstadt herrlich ruhig gelegen. Die netten Vermieter hatten die Parkausweise für das Straßenparken besorgt, alles hat gut geklappt. Der nächtliche Ausblick in die Gärten bei Vollmond war wunderbar. Alle Fenster konnten verdunkelt werden, und es war nachts sehr leise. Für uns das perfekte Stadtwohnen!
