The apartment was nice and clean.

The host is very quick in answering any questions. The apartment was complete, clean and spacious enough for several days. Right from the apartment you cab start a walk to the Königstuhl.

After a bit of trouble getting in (I was in flight when the text with details was sent, and you *must pull* on the door to open), I was very pleasantly surprised. The room is as large or larger than it looks in the listing, very clean, and well equipped. The balcony is lovely. It should be noted the washer/dryer is not in unit but on the ground floor (coin operated).There's no real control over it, but the halls are redolent with cigarette smoke (but not inside). I am rather sensitive and managed, but those particularly so many want to skip.

The accomodation was ok. The location of the room was far from the city.

I like the fact that there were included kitchen equipment (like dishes, casserole etc) and there was also an iron . The problem was that the elevator was out of service for 5 weeks and it was inconvenient. But it is extremely difficult to find accomodation for short periods in Heidelberg , so this appartment was a solution, though not perfect.

Quadratisch, praktisch und ansonsten je nach Geschmack. Kleinwohnung aus den 70er Jahren, die für die Kurzeitvermietung mit vertretbarem Aufwand aufgehübscht wurde.Gemütlich ist nach meinem Geschmack etwas anders. Sehr durchmischte Mitbewohnerschaft, teils Dauermieter, teils Kurzzeit. Sehr grosses Objekt in angenehmer Waldlage, allerdings recht abseits und nichts weiter ausser mit Auto oder evtl. Bus zu erreichen. Es handelt sich um einen abgelegenen Vorort, bebaut überwiegend mit Hochhäusern mit der in den 70ern üblichen Geschosszahl. Man sieht die Bemühungen diese Objekte am Überleben zu halten, was aber nicht leicht ist. Einfamilienhäuser, sicher einst recht schön, dümpeln inzwischen teils ungepflegt dahin. Das ganze erscheint mir heute etwas morbide/ angestaubt. Der Vermieter hat überzogene Vorstellungen, was die Endreinigung betrifft. Obgleich eine Endreinigung inkludiert ist, meint der Verwalter wohl, die Mieter sollten erstmal selbst umfassend putzen. Ansonsten aber kein unangenehmer Verwalter

Für einen Kurztrip perfekt, allerdings kommt so gut wie null wlan an. Mussten uns mobile Daten dazu kaufen, weil nicht mal youtube Videos mit der Wlan Verbindung möglich war.

Erholsame Höhenlage

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes, modernes Appartment. Die Lage im höher gelegenen Heidelberg-Boxberg war bei der aktuellen Wärme eine zusätzliche Erholung! Großes Plus der inkludierte Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Wohnungseinrichtung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, das einzige was ich vermisst habe, war ein kleiner Schrank im Bade- und Wohnzimmer, um Kleinutensilien zu verstauen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, dafür war die Lage nicht so ideal, da es wirklich sehr bergig ist. Ansonsten wunderbar.

Es war alles sehr zufriedensellend, sauber, aufgeräumt und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt ( Schlüsselkasten ), ich hatte sogar einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz ( Super ) und Herr Reichel war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und er hat sich auch von sich aus bei uns gemeldet. Perfekt.

Funktionales sauberes Apartment

Uns war klar das der Boxberg eine schwierige Location ist, Haus macht von außen keinen guten Eindruck; Tiefgarage stinkt immens nach Benzin. Treppenhaus riecht muffig, aber das Apartment war sehr sauber und funktional, Duschbereich/Toilette ebenso. Das Bett ca 50 cm über Fußboden nicht mehr zeitgemäß.Küchenausstattung auch in Ordnung. Daumen hoch an Herrn Reichel für die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Die Tage in Heidelberg waren sehr schön, der Berg war allerdings mit dem Rad nicht so leicht zu bewältigen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Berg sind sehr eingeschränkt. Man ist also auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder das Auto angewiesen
