Weekend in Heidelberg

It was a very comfortable apartment with everything one might need for a short stay. I especially liked that coffee was provided with a great espresso machine.

Great flat!!

We loved the flat a lot!! We were welcomed with chocolates, wine and flowers which makes the stay more pleasant from the start!! The center of the city is accessable by tram (5 min) and by foot (10-15 min). The flat is very cosy, has many appliances to cook and we did cooked everyday. It also has a washing machine and an oven, which we both needed as our stay was longer than a week. Tv, games, a terrace big enough for a table and some chairs to eat were all added benefits. Also the girls were responsive and helpful!! We will defenitely choose this flat again for our next stay in Heidelberg!! Strongly recommend!!

Happy to be in Heiligenberg

Thea’s apartment on the third floor is in a convenient location, equipped with everything one could need for a short stay. Check in was easy and communication with Thea was great. If in Heiligenberg I would recommend to anyone to stay here. An added bonus for us, was the washing machine. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, bright apartment with great location

The communication with the property manager to get the keys was fast and without complications. The apartment is clean, modern, and has great light. Shops and restaurants in close walking distance, Hauptstraße is a 20 minute walk or less. A helpful welcome packet was included & there were flowers & wine waiting when we arrived. The apartment is on the top floor and very hot (granted, it’s hot everywhere this summer season). A fan would help keep the inside temperature cooler and possibly abate some street noise. The S Bahn is very close but contributes to noise as well the restaurant below. Definitely recommend this rental to those visiting Heidelberg. Thankful we found Zweite Heimat!

1) Lage: Perfekt! Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, zwei Stationen zum Hbf, zwei Stationen zur Altstadt. Tiefgaragenplatz gegenüber. Bäckerei (Riegler), Metzgerei (Unger), Supermarkt (EDEKA), ital. Restaurant (Da Baggio), nettes Café (P 11) in unmittelbarer Nähe. 2) Wohnung: Wunderbar! Sehr sauber, wohlriechend und hell. Liebevoll, praktisch, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Zum Glück kein staubiger Schnick-Schnack etc. Zu zweit hat man mehr als genug Platz. Bequemes Bett, super Tisch! Gute Beleuchtung. Funktionierendes WLAN. 3) Vermieter: Unkompliziert, zuverlässig, sehr freundliche schriftliche Kommunikation. Danke für die Blumen und den Prosecco! :-) 4) Sonstiges: IM Haus war es sehr ruhig. Die Strassenbahn allerdings hört man sehr gut... ;-) 5) Wir buchten bereits wieder... :-)

Perfect place for two!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. It was well outfitted and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare four dinners (except the food, of course) and there were other special touches left by the property managers which you will need to rent the property to discover what they are. The sites are close enough, if you do not mind walking. The butcher, baker, and markets are just around the corner, as well as, a terrific Italian restaurant. Our only surprise, was that it was a walk up. So be prepared for four flights of stairs and some good exercise!

Great place in Heidelberg center

This is a great apartment right in the middle of the city. The apartment has everything you could need including watching machine, ironing board and iron. The street car passes right out front and the stop is only 20 meters away. You really don't need a car if you stay here but if you come with one there is the possibility of a garage parking space right next door. You have 2 grocery stores that are only a 5 min walk and manny restaurants very close by. I have stayed here now on 3 different trips and it will be my first choice every time I come to Heidelberg

Tolle Wohnung!

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht, ist zentral geleben, die Altstadt ist zu Fuss oder mit der Strassenbahn (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die sehr steile und lange Treppe haben wir am Ende der Woche durch tägliches training auch ohne Zwischenhalt erklommen.... Die Garage bzw. der Parkplatz ist sehr eng aber genügend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke, uns hats gefallen.

Wohnung war sehr praktisch mit der Bahnverbindung und der Garage. Leider war die 3.Etage nur zu Fuß erreichbar, deshalb 1 Punktabzug. Kundenservice war super ... Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt und am ersten Tag gab es Wein, frische Blumen und Schokolade.

Hochwertige Wohnung über den Dächern der Weststadt

Die Wohnung liegt in einem angenehmen Stadtteil (zentral, lebhaft, aber nicht nur touristisch) und ist sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Terrasse hoch über den Dächern). Die Abwicklung ist unkompliziert; Sauberkeit und Begrüßungsarragement (Wasser, Prosecco, frischer Blumenstrauß) sind vorbildlich. Wir haben unseren Sohn besucht, der in Heidelberg studiert, und wir werden diese Wohnung bei Wiederholung gerne wieder mieten.

Sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und eine wunderschöne Empfangsüberraschung! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, aber auch gemütlich und hell. Stilvolle Möbel und die kleine Terrasse ist sehr hübsch. Ausstattung ist perfekt - hier kann der Kochlöffel geschwungen werden - die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und sonstige Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Toll ist auch die Lage: ob Sushi, frisches Bio Obst und Gemüse - alles da. Hier vergebe ich - ohne langes Zögern - für alle Kategorien die volle Punktzahl UND komme gerne wieder!

Pleasant Holiday Apartment

The aparment is well represented by the pictures. It was very convienent to local shops for fresh bakery, cheeses, and vegetables, with a larger market just a few blocks away. It was very efficient for fixing meals and easy access to trains, buses, and trams. We didn't really need to have a car. In walking distance to nice restaurants, too. Downstairs restaurant does get very noisy until late at night in good weather. Tram is just outside the front door, with ticket kiosk to local metro. We would definately stay here again.

Heidelberg super und immer wieder zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns in Heidelberg und besonders in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat in dieser Wohnung nichts gefehlt und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben wir uns sehr gefreut, denn das bekommt man sonst nirgendwo (z. B. ein Tulpenstrauss oder eine Flasche Wein...)Die Stadt selbst hat viel zu bieten und es lohnt sich mit der Bahn zum Königsstuhl hoch , aber dann ins Tal laufen SUPER!!!! Besonders wenn oben noch Schnee liegt! Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super zentral und ist kein Problem in die Stadtmitte zu laufen ca. 8-10 Min.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Tolle Ausstattung mit vielen kleinen Details, als Beispiel soll die Bodum Teekanne dienen. Ein Begriff für jeden Teetrinken. Zur Bergüßung einen kleinen Rosenstrauss und eine Flasche Wein zur Verkostung. Man fühlt sich wirklich zu Hause.

Wunderschöne Wohnung - TOP Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist eine Kombination aus "alt" und modern. Das Bett bzw. die Matratzen waren super bequem. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, doch haben wir nichts darin vermisst. Mein Freund arbeitet in einer Großküche. Ihm ist eine gut ausgestattete Küche sehr wichtig. Er war begeistert und hat sich in der Küche (als auch in der Wohnung) gleich heimisch gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichleiten sind um die Ecke, wie z.B. ein niedlicher Gemüseladen direkt gegenüber. Ein Nachteil sind die vielen Stufen zur Wohnung. Mit schweren Einkaufstaschen hat man das Gefühl, die Stufen werden immer mehr ;). Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich, locker und unkompliziert. Heidelberg ist sehr schön.... Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!
