Charmante maison de vacances

À 20 minutes Ă  pied du centre ville, quartier rĂ©sidentiel trĂšs calme et aucun problĂšme de stationnement La maison est charmante, la terrasse abritĂ©e permet de profiter de m extĂ©rieur quelque soit la mĂ©tĂ©o Accueil trĂšs sympathique de la propriĂ©taire Je recommande vivement !

Ce petit gßte type bungalow en bois est agréable pour quelques jours de visite de la trÚs belle ville de La Rochelle. Bien situé par rapport à l'ßle de Ré. La propriétaire l'a bien équipé et est réactive aux besoins/demandes de ses hÎtes.

J’aurais aimĂ© pouvoir faire des retours positifs sur cette location mais je suis dĂ©solĂ©e beaucoup de choses sont venues gĂącher notre week-end. ‱ Loin du centre ville (une bonne 30 minutes Ă  pied et effectivement 8 minutes en vĂ©lo ‱ Emplacement : pas terrible ‱ Passage obligĂ© par le garage du propriĂ©taire oĂč celui-ci entrepose vĂ©los, moto car il a transformĂ© celui-ci en bien a louĂ© !! ‱ Odeur de renfermĂ©, d’humiditĂ© qui vous saute Ă  la gorge et que vous remportez dans vos bagages et qui ne disparaitra qu’aprĂšs 2 lessives !!! ‱ Les lits : le notre rien Ă  dire celui de ma fille n’était pas fait. Nous avons trouvĂ© le teeshirt de la personne prĂ©cĂ©dente dans le clic clac, le drap de dessous et la taie d’oreiller marquaient la prĂ©sence d’un prĂ©cĂ©dent loueur. Le propriĂ©taire a niĂ© les faits mais devant l’odeur de la taie d’oreiller il a fini par dire qu’il ne comprenait ce qui s’était passĂ© !!! ‱ Bref, je continue frigidaire moisi (photo Ă  l’appui), toilette moyennement propre (prĂ©sence d’aurĂ©ole jaune Ă  l’intĂ©rieur photo Ă  l’appui), dans le grille il restait encore le pain grillĂ© du prĂ©cĂ©dent locataire, toiles d’araignĂ©es prĂ©sente dans les coins, insectes Ă©crasĂ©s au plafond (elle a dit que cela ne partait pas) Mais sachez que ce n’est pas elle qui est en cause mais vous qui sommes exigeants !! DĂ©solĂ©e mais lorsque l’on met Ă  disposition un bien Ă  louer il y a quand mĂȘme un minimum Ă  respecter !!! Incroyable !! Je prĂ©viens Ă  vous de juger !!
