Excellent peaceful cottage close to town

We had a wonderful stay at the Beachwood Cottage. It was so quiet and peaceful with almost no neighbors in sight. It truly felt like we were in a secluded hideaway. The owners had easy to follow instructions and have clearly spent a lot of time creating a very helpful guide to the home the surrounding area. We highly recommend the Beachwood Cottage for your next stay in Sister Bay.

Beautiful A Frame in great location

Our little family loved staying at this property for a couple nights as we explored Door County. It was especially nice being close to Sister Bay and the ferry to Washington Island. Our daughter loved the A Frame doll house (nice touch!). Lovely home with great decor!

Great stay on a beautiful, secluded wooded lot.

What a great place to get away! I spent a few nights at the cottage to unwind with some books, and couldn't have picked a better spot. Very clean. Had anything you'd need on-site. Can't wait to visit again!

Cozy Cottage Getaway

We absolutely loved our week in the Beechwood Cottage! The property was clean and well maintained, with lots of thoughtful touches that reflect the host Megan’s commitment to the overall guest experience. The property was exactly as expected from provided pictures and descriptions, the location was secluded enough to be peaceful while also providing easy access to all Door County has to offer, and communication was clear, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole experience. Loved staying here and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great Door County getaway

We appreciated the secluded nature of the Beechwood Cottage and its close proximity to the busier areas of Door County. The cottage was comfortable for 4 adults, was very clean and had many great amenities. We particularly enjoyed the quiet mornings on the screen porch & an evening grilling & making a fire. Great relaxing getaway

We had a great relaxing getaway using the Beechwood Cottage as home base to do some early spring hiking at various state & county parks and sanctuaries in upper Door County There aren't a lot of restaurants open in April, so we picked up some meals at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store a few miles away. The cottage was wonderful, the bed was heavenly and Megan was very responsive to an emailed question. We would definitely recommend this quiet cabin!

Relaxing and Quiet!

This little cottage was the perfect weekend getaway with my husband to experience the beautiful sound of…nothing! The convenient location just a few minutes from Sister Bay and the stillness of the wooded area around the property made this the best choice for us. We loved making a fire pit every night and participating in the scavenger hunt on the property! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Cute Cottage in the Woods

This property was everything we were looking for. It is in a quiet location close to town. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Oasis in the Woods

Really enjoyed our stay at Beechwood cottage. The house is set in the woods away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sister Bay. It’s a nice quiet area and we even got to see and hear some Pileated woodpecker‘s! The owners thought of everything you might need which made cooking and cleaning much easier. We had to contact the owners once during your stay and they were very quick to respond.
