Welcome to the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located in the heart of Ephraim, WI!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find the the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located on a quiet side street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

Our two-bedroom Guest Cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 people - 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom (with a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin bed on the top bunk) and one full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.

The cottage features a large screened-in back porch and has a fully equipped kitchen (with new refrigerator and stove), comfortable living room and dining room, bathroom (fully renovated in Spring 2018) and small front deck. Our cottage also provides a 32" SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi.

All beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

In addition, we provide our guests with use of a Weber charcoal grill, a private outdoor fire pit, Adirondack chairs and use of 4 kayaks. For those with toddlers, a pack-and-play crib and high chair are available.

The Harbor House Guest Cottage is conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach at 9801 Brookside Lane in Ephraim, WI.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House Guest Cottage a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Great location in Ephraim. Quiet neighborhood and nice spacious yard/property. Sweet, little cottage perfect for a couple on a fall getaway to Door County. Everything was very nice.

Wonderful cottage

This is an adorable cottage that is clean and really comfortable. We loved the northwoods feel with the trees and firepit. The location is central to everything bayside.

We loved the cottage feel. Quiet, nice people in Ephraim and the decor was inviting. The owners were awesome and helpful. Short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Will definitely add this to our short lists of places to stay at again.

Very well kept place. Nice layout (i might actually copy it for some family land midestate). Great communications when we we there. The owner's made sure we were happy with or check-in etc.

Ephraim cottage

We loved our time spent here. The cottage was clean and the perfect size for our two-person getaway (could also fit up to 7 comfortably), had everything we needed, and was in a great location! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful/friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun and scenic trip to Door County! We are returning refreshed and rejuvenated.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House cottage! It had everything we could possibly want or need! The cottage decor and spaces were perfect! The beds were comfy & everything was clean and accommodating to us in every way! Randy checked in with us both upon arrival & departure through text. Close to everything in the DC-perfect “middle spot” to drive up or down the peninsula to go see everything. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Excellent Fall Get Away!

This cottage had the best location in Door County. We could walk to the town. A Very short walk to Lake Michigan and beautiful sunsets. Peninsula State Park was only 3 miles away . The owners were fabulous with our check in! I would highly recommend this quaint cottage with a beautiful gazebo to enjoy nature. Every night the owls were hooting away…..

Wonderful setting and great support by owner

We had a great time in Door County enjoying the fall colors. The cottage has been newly remodeled. We are moments away from Ephraim. The owners were easily accessible and ready to address any concerns. Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We will definitely choose to stay here or the Harbor House that is available on the same property. Very peaceful and relaxing setting!

This cozy retreat in Ephraim is perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway, located just off Hwy 42 in a quiet area, yet within close proximity to various shops and restaurants, with Peninsula State Park nearby. Having returned here for four consecutive years, we have always been impressed with our stay. Randy and Elizabeth, our hosts, are outstanding and very responsive to our inquiries. We highly recommended that you check out Harbor House Cottage if you are looking for a place to stay while in Door County.

Loved our stay! Really appreciated the no/low fragrance use by the cleaning crew. Really cute cottage that was clean and comfortable! For dietary reasons, my husband and I cook our own food, which was easily done in the kitchen. Loved the back porch for morning coffee and breakfast! Would stay here again if we're back in the area.

Excellent location for fun Door County Experience!

This was our second stay in the Guest House. Everything was spotless and the owners are attentive and helpful. We had a group of 4 "seniors" and the location was perfect as a base for visiting all parts of Door County.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Harbor House cottage this summer. The location of this home could not be more perfect to get almost anywhere in Door County. The local beach was the best around and so clean/calm. We would stay in this home again without hesitation. This home was clean and well stocked for a lovely trip!

Stayed for a long weekend as a family of 5. The cottage was cozy, but comfortable. It has everything we needed for our stay and included some cute and thoughtful touches. The cottage did, however, have a funny smell. Maybe it was musty? Not sure, but it was definitely noticeable whenever you walked in. It was also cooled with 2 AC window units in each of the bedrooms, which were effective but noisy. Overall it was still a good stay, just a few things that might make me look for a different place next time.

With access to our private beach (located 100 yards away), our cottage is tucked away on a quiet street on the edge of the forest in the beautiful village of Ephraim. At Harbor House, you're away from it all - yet easily in the heart of everything. Shops, beaches and restaurants in Ephraim are walkable from the cottage. And all of the major attractions of Door County are just a short drive or bike ride away.
