About this property

Best Location, Best Price, Winter rentals open

All new 2022 Kitchen, cabinets and granite counter tops. New laminate floors through out , new doors and redone guest bath. Located in Lani Kai Village. New mattress and over head fans both bed rooms last year, new sofa bed, fresh paint thru out in bright colors. New dishwasher and stove a year ago. Located on West Beach only 0.75 miles from downtown Gulf Shores and a few steps across the street to the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access. There are two large pools, one for adults and one for both kids and adults, both with large decks.

Fully equipped kitchen, full wireless Internet, streaming TV 32' LCD screen and DVD player in living room. Both bedrooms have queen beds with 32'' LCD TVs with streaming. Overhead fans in living room and both bedrooms.

Quiet location at the back of the complex, first floor unit #125, only one set of stairs, with parking under the condo. Direct access to beach on Lani Kai property

Note 1) This is a non-smoking, no pet unit.
Note 2) Short notice rentals possible.
Note 3) Construction ongoing this winter outside in all of the complex.

Great place to stay for our week in Gulf Shores, across the street from the beach. Easy access to the beach. The condo had all the necessary dishes, pots, pans etc. to cook with, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo in the condo as well. Loved sitting out on the deck in the evening.

The condo was clean with all the amenities a person would need. My twin sister was with me to celebrate our birthday (75). The only draw back was it was not located on the beach side. Will be back to vacation.

I was very pleased with the condo. Very clean when we arrived. We were right across the street from beach. Easy excess to the restaurants and stores. Will be there again next year. It was a great place to stay, I highly recommend!

Loved the walk across street to beach! Liked nostalgia of real 🔑 keys, I could tell this condo complex has been through some weather, but over all clean rooms and living area. Found mold on inside of shower curtain and in washer machine, but other wise appliances all worked well. Would still recommend.

Condo located on 2nd floor

The condo was nice. However, it is located on the second floor and I was not aware of that. Parking is under the condo. Had trouble getting the key out of the lockbox, but talked to the owner and was able to open it. The location of the condo was good. All in all it was a good place.

Very nice condo had a lot of room ,beach across the road. We could also see the beach from the living. Had couple issue (nothing big ) but I had Mr.Larry # and email . if u need him very easy to get in touch .. that’s what I like about renting from a person. If we need to talk to the owner we could.. we will be coming back for Christmas and for summer 2023 Thank you again for allowing us to stay Again thank you
