Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für einen richtigen Strandurlaub. Durch den Decathlon ist es Abends ruhig (keine Gastronomie). Klar fahren an der Strandpromenade Fahrzeuge, das wurde hier moniert. Wassersport vor der Tür, Markt 3 mal in der Woche. Nettes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit viel charm. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, ich koche sehr gerne. Der Balkon ist um die ganze Wohnung und war nicht wirklich sauber, Waschmaschine etc. alles da. Parkplatz, Wäsche, Endreinigung, Parkplatz und Klimaanlage mussten vor dem Bezug der Wohnung bezahlt werden. Das waren 300 extra. Das habe ich dem Inserat so nicht entnommen, dort wurden nur 30 für Wäsche angefordert. Ich habe das natürlich bezahlt, fand die Abrechnung aber etwas undurchsichtig. Gesamtpreis aber ok. Hinterher hieß es, der Geschirrspüler wäre nicht ausgeräumt worden, Geschirr war teils ungespült, drei Tassen und der Lattenrost sei beschädigt worden. Dafür sollte Geld einbehalten werden. Insgesamt aber gut.

Teils - teils

Kontakt zum Besitzer/Verwalterin war angenehm, freundlich, hilfsbereit, Appartement selbst sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Aussicht war hervorragend, die Anlage Mary Sol ansprechend und gepflegt. Aber der schreckliche Lärm von den unzähligen Motorrädern und dicken Autos "mit Sound" war mitunter schwer zu ertragen und entsprach mit Sicherheit nicht den erlaubten 92 Dezibel, Das hat uns auch nachts oft um Erholung gebracht. Hinzu kam, das rings um das Appartement während der ganzen Zeit die Straßen erneuert wurden - was hoffentlich bald erledigt sein wird. Den Balkon konnten wir wegen des starken Windes leider selten nutzen. Fazit : wen Verkehrslärm wenig stört, findet ein schönes Appartement zwischen Marseille und Nizza, das als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen sehr gut geeignet ist.

Belle situation - Belle vue mer - Bon ensoleillement

Appartement très agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer et sur St Raphael, avec ses 2 expositions Est et Sud. En Mars, il était très agréable d'avoir le soleil dès le lever qui entrait dans le séjour ; encore un peu frais pour profiter des superbes balcons. L'appartement est bien situé, entre Port-Fréjus et St Raphael sur le front de mer, et bénéficie d'un supermarché, d'une boulangerie à proximité. Notre séjour fut très agréable.

Séjour à Fréjus plage

Appartement très agréable, bien agencé, superbe vue mer panoramique, tous les commerces sont proches de l'immeuble, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et réactifs par téléphone. Nous avions finalement opté pour la climatisation que nous avons utilisée un peu le soir en cette période de canicule et c'était très appréciable. Très bon séjour avec toutefois un peu de bruit à l'extérieur mais c'est l'été avec de l'animation dans les rues donc ça se comprend. Globalement très satisfaits, nous reviendrons.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit der Vermitterin.Checkin war sehr einfach und freundliche und zuvorkommend. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, die alles bittet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplatz zur Wohnung war perfekt. Ebenso der Aufzug zur Wohnung. Kleine Anmerkung, der Wasserdruck in den Bädern ist etwas schwach. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung erneut Buchen.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé, vue sur mer et proche commerces très pratique. Plage agréable pour toute la famille. Quartier vivant, super en journée un peu compliqué la nuit pour dormir, il ne manque plus que la climatisation pour pouvoir dormir les fenêtres fermées. Tout le reste est ok, je recommande.
