The Pineland Pearl Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Potentially a nice cabin in a potentially nice neighborhood. The residence next door leave something to be desired. And the cabin we stayed could have a long list of cleaning and repairs needed both inside and out.

4/10 Poor

Lots of light

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It satisfied the minimum requirements for a ski lease. There is no storage space available for ski/ snow equipment in the garage. Several of the windows do not have blinds or curtains making sleeping in or privacy very diffcult. There are squirrels that have found a way into the walls/ floors and wake up the bottom floor at 5 am every morning. The owners tried to fix the hole but there must be other ways the squirrels are getting in. There isn't a hot tub and the hot water in the showers runs out fairly quickly. It is in an ideal location close to lifts and the water. However, I would have appreciated some rent forbearance or lease extension when the county/ city forbade people outside of the community to come to Tahoe for more than half of the lease. Aside from the rodents and no consideration for the rent assistance, the management company was helpful for other items.
