Cozy cottage right on Skaneateles Lake, and minutes from the village.
This is a classic summer "camp", great place to relax privately or entertain guests. Plenty of parking in back, and a cozy yard that's great for tykes and seniors alike. It's boat-friendly, too: has a mooring & just a mile from the state launch.
All of our neighbors are great and we're in close contact with them.

It’s one of the only original camps left on the lake. Reminded me of my childhood growing up in Skaneateles- in fact I think I went to a high school party there long ago. Lol No heat or AC. Rustic. It was hard to find because the pin in the map was not accurate and the number on the side of the house is difficult to see from the road. The view was great across the lake with lots of windows. Close to Anyelas Winery.

Skaneateles Lake
Property was not really setup well as a rental. Many things did not function. Not very clean.
This cottage is a fun place to get away and enjoy the lake. It is a low-key spot in a great location.

Family cottage built in the 1940s, an original lake "camp". Super cozy.
What makes this property unique
The location is terrific, just a 5min drive into the village. It's the last stretch of the lake with flat lawns, very welcoming for the old & young. There's a paddle-boat, plus a mooring for a real boat.
