Our large, 250 m² Provençal stone villa with a private pool faces south and is located 7 km from Aix-en-Provence on a 4,000 m² property in a quiet, secluded setting.
The villa is equipped to accommodate 8 adults with children or infants. (Baby equipment: changing table, high chair, cot, etc.)
The property is fully fenced with a large courtyard for parking; the 5x10 pool is secured in front of the veranda, and there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Vous You’ll spend most of your time outdoors, as everything is designed for enjoying the pool area, with plenty of lounge chairs in the sun or under the shade of the trees, as well as a wind-protected gazebo and a barbecue near the outdoor kitchen.
The caretaker lives in a separate studio; his discreet presence ensures that the garden and pool are maintained at all times.
The property also features four horse stalls and a riding arena that doubles as a giant playground—perfect for pétanque, Babington, football, and more—with breathtaking views of Sainte-Victoire.
The villa’s main entrance opens onto a large living room with a spacious, light-filled veranda, an interior kitchen that opens onto a shaded terrace, and a hallway leading to two large, air-conditioned master bedrooms—each converted into fully equipped studios with their own bathroom and separate toilet— a sitting area, a terrace with a separate entrance, and a double bed.
The other wing of the house consists of two additional air-conditioned bedrooms; one with a large double bed and a loft bedroom with a 120-bed, its own bathroom, and a separate toilet; and the second bedroom, located in the sunroom, with a double bed, a separate bathroom, and a separate toilet. Each bedroom, featuring a large picture window, also has its own separate entrance.

We are located 7 km from Aix-en-Provence and close to major roads that will take you to the beaches (about 25 minutes), the Luberon, the Alpilles, the Verdon, as well as the Camargue, Avignon, Marseille, Cassis, and the Côte Bleue….
The property is located on the edge of a protected area with direct access for walking or biking along the canal.
