The home boasts a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, two beautifully appointed bathrooms, 2 peaceful bedrooms with luxe linens, and a private den with sleeping accommodation. Each bedroom offers a wall-mounted flat screen television, as does the living room. The master suite is complete with a screened patio to enjoy breathtaking gulf panoramas from Naples to Sanibel.

Life on the beach!

Beautiful beach-front condo! The pictures do not do it justice, the condo is very spacious with plenty of living area and seating for a family. Nice sized lanai with roll up screens, first time we've seen those and we loved the awesome, unobstructed views! !Its a smaller condo building (24 units), everyone was super friendly and relaxed. We would definitely come back!

Amazing!

This property is amazing. The condo itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Every need is met. From the large "chef's kitchen" equipped with Viking stove to the custom closets and baths, to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella's it was perfect! Add to this the privilege of watching the glorious sunsets each night from your balcony and you have a fantastic vacation. Thank you to our hosts who are gracious, lovely and accommodating. We intend to continue our friendship for years to come.

A Blast in Bonita!

The pictures don’t really do this condo justice. We stayed for 6 weeks and we wish we could have made it 6 months. The condo is right on the ocean so you could stay on the generous covered porch all day and enjoy the sounds and views. The condo unit only has 24 units and only a few rent out so it is more like a friendly neighborhood than a hotel like some bigger properties. It is an elevator ride and 30 steps to get to the ocean. The pool and hot tub area isn’t fancy, but convenient, clean, and not crowded at all. We usually were the only people using it. The condo was where the owner lived prior to renting so is well appointed and extremely nice. The only minor improvement would be twin bids rather than old style pull out couch in third bedroom to make a little more comfortable. Finally, the owners live in the condo right next door and are so nice and helpful. Hands down the best rental experience we have ever had and we rent at the beach a lot. We will be back!
