The property itself almost looked abandoned or run down. The exterior was not inviting. One other resident was on the property when i arrived and i went in the front. I was not at all impressed with the interior. My entrance was around back and looked neglected, with dry leaves and webs around the door. I realized it was a sub-basement and wasnt happy about that. The interior of the unit was pleasant enough but you wouldnt want to walk around in the dark. It was up a step, down a step and you had to be careful. Bathroom way too small and there was no soap of any kind in the shower, had to improvise. I think it could be a nice place with work bit thought i could have done hetter at the same price elsewhere.

Clean and roomy

The apartment was clean but had a musty mildew smell which bothered my sinuses. There was a dehumidifier on that indicated the issue. People were up at all hours in the apartment above which interrupted my sleep.
