This house, located in Val de Louyre et Caudeau, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a furnished garden and a terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 5 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 including 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house features central heating, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 40 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
During spring and summer check in time is 5pm and check out time at 12:30pm.
