Great location that is peaceful. The large king sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms are prefect for couples. There is also a steam shower in one room to add to the hot tub. Not far from anything you want to see in the area.

Everything was beautiful but was very surprised to find out the two bedrooms downstairs was down a flight of stairs. Two bedrooms are up a flight and two down a flight.It made it tough for two of the women who were waiting knee replacement surgery.Just did not realize

The property could benefit from some updating and better maintenance. The lighting throughout the house is very dim, making it feel quite dark, particularly in the evenings. The furnishings and linens are worn and faded, and many of the kitchen utensils are old and in poor condition.One important consideration for families with younger children is the bedroom layout. Two bedrooms are located in the basement and two are on the second floor, with no bedrooms on the main level. Our younger children were uncomfortable sleeping so far away from us, particularly given how dark the house felt at night.Overall, while the property may work for some groups, the condition of the furnishings, inadequate lighting, and bedroom configuration made it less than ideal for our family.

Hosts Tabor and Katie were excellent in helpful suggestions for activity and prompt in all feedback to our questions. Cabin is part of a resort with pool. May need to drive to pool depending on age /fitness level. Four bedrooms with separate bathrooms was nice to have. Space in all areas accommodated very adequately. We had a wonderful week.

Thank you for hosting our group. For the most part the location fit our needs - we had 4 adult couples. Everybody had their own space, the house was clean. There was NOT a hot tub attached to the house. Things needing attention (sorry if this comes across wrong):1) Front and back porch - both need remodeling. The railing is very loose and frankly not safe. The boards on the porch are worn out and need replacing. 2) exterior lighting - not enough. We actually had a person walking through the back yard with a flashlight late at night. We could not identify or alert with the amount of available lighting. 3) interior lighting - high ceiling light bulbs are out. The upstairs is dark. 4) exterior and interior paint is bad While the house met our needs, we will likely not choose this property again unless there is a significant renovation. The listing pics look good; the actual property is not accurately represented.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, although I am unsure why you mention that we do not have a hot tub. We DO have a large hot tub on the lower back porch with access from the two lower bedrooms. It is very nice, it is very quiet, and it is very secluded. We have spent many evenings enjoying our hot tub and we know those who are reading this will enjoy it also. We apologize for the loose railing, and do have someone scheduled to do some repairs on it. We have very adequate lighting outside with a bright motion-detector flood light to light up the driveway and the front of the cabin. We have also had the lightbulbs replaced in the high ceilings of the cabin's loft/gameroom so it is no longer too dark in there. This is something we would've been happy to have done during your stay if we knew. For those reading this who are considering booking, please know that we are owner-managed and we care a great deal about both the property and about your experience and comfort when you stay with us. That is why we have one of the cleanest cabins in the area as our cleaners have over 50 years of combined experience and are the best in the business. That is also why we will do everything in our power to address any concerns you may have during your stay. All you have to do is reach out so we can help. This is also why our cabin IS extremely accurately represented in the listing as attested to by the hundreds of five star reviews.

Our stay at peace in paradise was amazing!!! Was definitely the reset we needed! The cabin was beautiful big enough to accommodate our family of six (4 being teenagers) Are host were so friendly the even told me what to I had to look forward to when traveling to Cherokee. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!!!

Wonderful stay for our family and friends. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this beautiful cabin accommodated us very well. Loved that every bedroom had king sized, comfortable beds and each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather and visit. We had a fantastic stay here this weekend! The property was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a girls’ getaway. The hot tub was a great bonus and made the experience even more relaxing.The location is beautiful and quiet, yet still convenient to restaurants and activities in the area, which made it the best of both worlds. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. We truly just had to drop our luggage and relax.Tabor, and Katie were wonderful hosts. They provided all the information we needed ahead of time, including great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do and we tried several of them and they were excellent. Everything was seamless from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-appointed place with great hosts!
