Uzès on foot, single-storey villa with land that can accommodate 6 people.<br>You will stay in a comfortable house, tastefully renovated. A bright living/dining room with sofa and TV offers you a splendid view of the Eure Valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, toaster, kettle. You have 3 bedrooms with kingsize bed 160, a bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet.<br>A washing machine is at your disposal.<br>Outside, you will spend sweet moments either on the south terrace in exotic wood overlooking the swimming pool with incredible view; or any other atmosphere on the north terrace bordered by a stone cliff and all flowered.<br>The wooded garden offers you several places to relax and relax while enjoying the song of the cicadas.<br>A barbecue, garden table and chairs will allow you to enjoy lunches and dinners outside under the pergola.<br>On the pool side, deckchairs and garden furniture are at your disposal as well as a lounge bench to sunbathe by the pool.<br>Ideally located, you are 2 steps from the Eure Valley, a small corner of green paradise for walks and picnics on the banks of the Eure.<br>You will be in the city centre of Uzès 5 minutes away on foot. The house is accessible by a terraced climb which offers you a superb view of the Eure Valley. You can stroll through its medieval streets, it is the best way to discover the many monuments of the city but also the many shops and art galleries installed in the old buildings.<br>In the heart of the city you will also discover the charming Place aux Herbes, its fountain and its unmissable market which is held there twice a week.<br>In short, a multitude of activities to discover in Uzès and its surroundings.<br>You are 10 km from the majestic Pont du Gard under which the Gardon river passes... in which you can spend days swimming.<br>It is recommended to have or rent a car to be able to fully enjoy all the attractions of the region.<br>You will have leaflets available in the house but we will of course be happy to advise you if you need. We will be at your disposal during your stay for information if you wish.<br>For a global situation, here is some information. Uzès is located about 40 minutes from the TGV station of Avignon or Nîmes and 1 hour from Montpellier airport, 45 minutes from the beautiful cities of Provence, Arles, Orange, Saint Rémy, etc...<br>A cleaning fee of 100 euros will be required and is mandatory for the stay.<br>See you soon!
