This was not the cleanest on arrival. Towels had to be washed as they smelled of smoke.A number of the appliances are past their best and the washing machine is a worry as everything comes out very hot suggesting thermo is faulty. The kettle sounds like a volcano when boiling.It describes a very large bed but it was not. Photos show a room which we could not access?Sunbeds limited to 3. Disappointing that we had to chase for new towels and bedding at day 7 to be told there is a washing machine, I challenged this and Gladys arrived and opened the locked room to get bedding and towels.Location is very good, pool was good and the auto pool cleaner is good. The garden is not fully fenced in and our dog liked visiting the neighbours. Parking is good. Overall disappointing for the price charged.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that the cleanliness of the house did not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. This was our first season working with this property management company, and your comments have been taken very seriously. Additional checks will be introduced to ensure that future guests are welcomed in the best possible conditions. We nevertheless regret that these concerns were not reported at the beginning of your stay. Our local property manager was available throughout your visit and could have intervened immediately to resolve them. The washing machine and tumble dryer were purchased approximately one year ago and are therefore not old. The washing machine offers programmes ranging from 20°C to 90°C, so the temperature of the laundry depends on the programme selected. However, we will have both appliances and the kettle checked as a precaution. The locked room visible in some photographs is not a guest bedroom or living area. It is a private storage room containing linen, towels and maintenance equipment. When additional linen was requested, our property manager came to provide it. We are pleased that you appreciated the location, swimming pool and parking, and we are sorry that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will help us improve our service for future guests.
