About this property

Welcome to Villa Location-Villenave-Moliets

Pleasant holiday home between the ocean and the Landes forest. Ideal for 4 people (6 possible) located 500m from the cork oak beach in the heart of the golf course of Moliets. The beaches are accessible on foot or by bike by paths in the heart of the forest.
Rental July and August from Saturday to Saturday.
In the heart of the Maisons du Golf residence, the house is composed of 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, a living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine and two toilets. Private furnished terrace with a view of the pines and the golf course.

Possibility of renting household linen:
- fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase for a 160×200 bed
- fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase for 2 beds 80×190
- bath towels
- kitchen towels
The complete kit: 60€

Maintenance products available.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenhalt im Ferienhaus von Claire und David sehr genossen. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und bei Fragen haben die Gastgeber schnell geantwortet. Das Haus liegt mit Sicht auf den Golfplatz in einem ruhigen Teil der Ferienanlage. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Très bon séjour sur Moliets !

Annonce conforme et parfaite communication, que dire de plus ! La maison est au calme, face au golf avec son range vélo pour partir direct aux plages ou au village.

Super séjour dans une magnifique région

Nous avons adoré le parc de la résidence Pierre et Vacances , son calme et la vue sur le golf . La maison est superbe, bien décorée. Il ne manquait rien , bien au contraire. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous sommes ravis et nous recommandons vivement. Un grand merci .

Maison agréable idéalement située

La maison est idéalement située. Elle est dans une résidence Pierre & Vacances au cœur du golf. La résidence est traversée par des pistes cyclables. La plage et les commerces sont à proximité à pied ou en vélo. L'endroit est très sécurisant pour les enfants. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables. La maison est très correctement équipée, seul petit bémol : l'absence de machine à laver, mais il y a une laverie dans la résidence.
