Very nice villa in a tropical garden with a private pool perfect to welcome 6 persons idaelly located in a quiet place at 5 minutes driving from the beach and the center of the city.
Composition: 3x bedroom, 2x bathroom
Amenities: iron & ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen & towels, washing machine, cable tv, terrace, air conditioning, free internet access, garden, safe deposit, no parties, enhanced cleaning practices, disinfectants used for cleaning, cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus used
Things to know :
-Guarantee deposit of 1000 euros required upon arrival (given back the last day of the stay after check-out verifications)
-Cleaning fees of 150 euros required upon arrival.
-No parties allowed or too many people invited in the villa
