Welcome to our beautiful family villa tucked in the Mediterranean greenery of the village of Podi. At only 4,1km from the luxurious Lazure marina and only 3,1km from the center of Herceg Novi it offers a quiet retreat but is still close to the sea, markets all amenities.
Its large terrace with pool is ideal for sport, sunbathing, barbecuing, wining and dining and includes a large open area and a smaller covered area for people who prefer to sit in the shade. The villa features a nice terraced back garden ideal for picnic and relax.
