Large 4 bedroom villa with a big private swimming pool.The villa is on two separate floors.On the first floor there are: two bedrooms (one triple room and another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen, dining room and big terrace with sea yiew. On the second floor there are: two bedrooms ( one room with two beds an another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen,dining room and balcony with sea view.On the upper side of the villa is a swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful greenery.Villa have two garages.In the garden is stone BBQ.The villa is situated on the hillside over Boka Bay in the small quiet village of Podi. Excellent for families with children. Located 10 minutes away from the city of Herceg Novi.The nearest market and local bar is on 500 meters and the nearest beaches is on 5 minutes drive from villa.

Très bele maison - en parfait accord avec la description

Très belle maison à proximité d'Herceg Novi. Les propriétaires Ivanka et Zoran sont très accueillants, très agréables et véritablement à notre service: piscine nettoyée chaque jour, jardin très propre, linge de maison très propre et changé hebdomadairement. Un très beau séjour de 15 jours à la découverte d'un pays encore préservé du tourisme de masse et des habitants très serviables. Merci encore à Ivanka et Zoran;

Perfekt läge, underbart fantastiska människor som hyr ut. Rent snyggt precis perfektför 2 familjer.

Ett perfekt boende om man inte vill bo mitt i allt. Bra parkering, Väldigt hjälpsamma och fantastiskt trevligt par som hyr ut. Bra läge med underbar utsikt över Kotorbukten. Nära till affär med bra utbud. Vi var 2 familjer som bodde i huset och passar perfekt, man har sitt eget men ändå spendera all tid man vill tillsammans. Ivanka och Zoran är väldigt hjälpsamma och fantastiskt trevliga när det gäller ALLT! Vi hade en underbar vecka och kunde ha tänkt oss att vara kvar ytterligare några dagar, vilket inte är så vanligt. Vi kommer troligen att återvända och kan mycket väl tänka oss att bo i samma hus.

Very nice villa for to families traveling together!

We loved our stay at this villa in Podi. We had a rental car that made it easy to live in this beautiful villa. The owners were very nice and helpful. They had a nice and clean pool that we enjoyed every day! We can absolutely recommend this villa!

Fantastic property, lovely friendly owners

A lovely house with a fantastic pool and great views from the balcony. Really lovely owners who clearly care about your stay. You need a car, parking near beach not easy and you can't walk. Great local shop and friendly bar. Nowhere is far in Montenegro. Budva nice but busy. Kotor lovely, Perast also lovely and much quieter but parking hard, kotor nice and shady and quieter in afternoon, park on right in car park next to beach as you first come in to main bit, nice bar/cafe next to sea. Lake Skadar beautiful do a boat trip. We did Budva and Skadar in one day as near each other. Dubrovnik near but can be long waits at border. Enjoy the house and country. The drivers are mad!
