Exactly as advertised

The condo was exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean with sweet amenities like keurig pods, Kleenex, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom plus all necessities. Right off shuttle stop to the mountains or a 7 min walk to Navajo Lodge. Quiet building with u see ground parking. Owners were also responsive and easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Well-appointed and perfectly suited for home base!

Went for partner's birthday and could not be happier. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after mountain biking, exploring and hiking. Our stay was comfortable and we had access to everything we needed! We appreciated we could have our dog, Kuma with us. No surprises - the listing was exactly as described. Angie was extremely helpful and communicative with pre-visit information. Thanks Angie! Give the Town Deer some space. Parowan is close enough to find what you can't in town (Brian Head). Apple Annie's was a great place and they have an excellent trail map. (Hiking/Biking). Would love to go back for another set of hikes!

Brian Head-Timberbrook 3rd floor

The property is very nice...biggest problem for us was the 3rd floor to many steps to get to the room. With the altitude it took us several days to acclimate . The underground parking was a plus for us but when we got there we could not park underground as the garage height was to low for our vehicle. That made unloading and loading very difficult especially when then was about 17" of snow on ground. Sorry to say we will never do the 3rd floor again!

Brian Head Getaway

Our condo was equipped with everything we needed plus more! It was sparkling clean and close to the ski resort. We had games to play in the evening and watched a movie each night. Angie responded quickly to our questions in helping us to make our decision. I would recommend this destination to anyone planning a family vacation. We hope to return again one day!

Love this condo!

My husband and I and two kids stayed in this condo and it was perfect! Very clean, and the amenities were amazing! Host was very accommodating and worked with me when I had to change my dates of stay. Will definitely stay here again! Great central location to so many hikes and fishing lakes and ponds. And enjoyed the pool and game room in the clubhouse each night.

Perfect Spot

Similar to other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. VERY close to the Navajo-Brian Head Ski Resort...you could actually walk over as it was less than a 1/4 mile away. The little market too was just around the corner...easily walkable. The place itself was great...kids had bunk beds and I had a great bed in the upstairs part. We used the board games, the Keurig coffee maker was perfect, and there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash which was a nice touch. The 9600+ feet elevation definitely got to us so be forewarned. They have oxygen bottles at the store and we were told canned peaches (yes, you read that right) helped. Overall, I was very happy with the stay!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family! We had the coziest family time staying here. The condo has board games to play, Smart Tv with Netflix, Hulu, many other apps. Walking distance to the country store, sledding, and to the mountain if you want. We look forward to coming back!

Fabulous weekend

This cozy condo was exactly what we were looking for. The king bed up in the loft is very comfortable. I was also really impressed with the built in bunk beds. They are very sturdy and my teenagers loved them. Even the couch bed was comfortable. The entire condo is set up very user friendly and it’s very clean. It is on the third floor so you get your exercise in. The view of the trees is great!

Vacation time

Great place and will rent again! The property was better than it appeared in pictures. It’s an older condo but it was clean and nicely furnished and meets all needs for a comfortable family vacation. There were plenty of provisions there, beds were comfortable (even the bunk beds) and it was just a short walk to Navajo lodge. The owner was helpful and responsive.

Perfect Little Getaway

This place was perfect for my wife, dog and I. My wife was 7 months pregnant so we could not fly to see our family this year for the Christmas holiday so we decided to find somewhere in the snow that we could drive to. We could not be more happy with the experience we had renting this place. It was the perfect size for us. It is big enough for a family of 4, but get any more than 4 people moving around in the condo and it could get a little cramped. If you like hiking like we do then there is a trial right out the back door called the Alpine Creek Trail that was awesome to walk each day. Right across the street is also the Town Trail that can be walked to access the slopes, which is what I did. This place had it all! The only negative is you have to watch the length of your showers. If 4 people were to take a shower back to back to back then the last person would for sure have to hurry or else they would lose hot water, but that is to be expected within a condo setting. Like I said before, if you are looking for a perfect little getaway then this place is it!
