Offering lake views just a stroll to the pool (Sea Colony's Aquatic Center - T-4), this resort retreat's main level features new hardwood floors and is home to wrap around screened porch, sundeck, living and dining area (with recovered sofas for 2019), well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. The loft offers an additional vacation space with a full bathroom of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (new smart TVs for 2019), DVD, gas fireplace, Wifi.

THINGS TO KNOW
There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). LOvely Property

Stayed here with my husband and 3 young kids. The condo was great with a cool beachy vibe and lots of room for the kids to play. It was across the street from an outdoor pool and a playground which was also clutch and it was very accessable to the beach and the rest of Bethany Beach.

Fantastic and Serene

My family has stayed many years in Sea Colony. This unit was perfect for our group. The loft was great for my teenager and his friend. The other bedrooms were spacious. The whole place is decorated so nicely. The screened in porch was a luxury! Vacasa employees I called were fantastic. I think it was Mark that I spoke to more than once. I enjoyed working with Vacasa. Communication was great. We will be back!

Perfect way to end the summer

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for us to spread out but also have family dinners and game nights! Great location and love having a washer/dryer! Will rent again!

Great Space, Great Place

The decorum was well done you can tell thought went into decorating of this home. My family is big cookers and the owners had more than enough cooking items including utensils, pot, pans etc. Along with a nice long table we could all sit around and eat together. Finally the outdoor deck furniture was great clean well places and more than enough seating. My family been renting in sea colony for almost 45 years and this was one of our favorite rentals.

Family get-away in Bethany Beach

This beautiful property is decorated in beachy shades of blue. It overlooks a stretch of water. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. It was a great place to stay.
