A modern, bright, 170-square-meter south-facing home in a quiet area, 400 metres from the nearest shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.).

It features a large living area with an open-concept kitchen, 5 bedrooms (1 of which is on the ground floor), 2 shower rooms, 1 full bathroom, and 2 separate toilets. It also includes a fenced-in outdoor area of 500 m² and a carport.

You’ll find two televisions, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, two high chairs for children, and a travel cot. As for outdoor furnishings, you’ll have garden furniture available, including an outdoor corner sofa,
a 3-seater sofa and 2 outdoor armchairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Bedding will be provided.

Maison neuve, très agréable et impeccable !

Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte, très disponible également. La maison est extrêmement propre ! Très agréable et pratique. Bien situé pour rayonner dans la région et proche de très belles plages. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
