Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Property was great, condo had all amenities we needed. The loft made it much more spacious. We were able to check in and use the sea colony all day!

Plenty of space- the high ceiling and loft made it nice to spread out but still be altogether. AC and fans in each room made it very comfortable. The art was a plus!

Sea Colony Harbour House
My family loves Sea Colony. We have stayed here many times. This condo was the dirtiest condo we ever stayed in. The floors were filthy, sheets were dirty. The dishwasher was not unloaded. It was full of dishes. We even questioned if it was cleared before our arrival. I texted Vacasa and they told me to send photos. Nothing was done. The condo was very outdated.
The Edgewater fitness center was very dirty and equipment was not working.
Considering what we paid. We were expecting better.
