We had a wonderfil time at Alain's house. Really nothing to complain here. Amazing view from balcony. Very charming house. The pool was really nice aswell. Any time again. Alain was a nice responsive host.

Panoramic view with good location

The accommodation is very well located, with several beaches within 20 minutes. Grasse, Verdon canyon, Antibes, Cannes, lavender field, furthermore Marineland and Aquasplash, which are paradise for children. The terrace and all rooms have fantastic panoramic view to the sea. The apartement is very testfully decorated, with local ceramics and art objects. The extremly large swimming pool in the complex is a 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended for families as well.

Great Base for Exploring Côte d’Azur

Alain was very accessible and the apartment was a great central location for exploring up to Monaco/Eze all the way down to St. Tropez. Although not on the beach, Vallauris had beautiful views of the coastline and the apartment’s location (high on a hillside) allowed for cooling evening breezes that would flow all through the house with the wooden shutters opened. Its location in the hills just above Cannes also made the trip to Vence and St. Paul de Vence very convenient. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. Thanks, Alain. We’ll look you up again when we return!

A Charming Retreat with Breathtaking View

My recent stay at this holiday apartment was truly enjoyable. The apartment featured a lovely balcony with fantastic views of Cannes and the sea. The boho-style decor lent a fun and cozy atmosphere to the cottage. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep. What stood out to me was the cleanliness and the sense that everything had been recently renovated. Every detail seemed well taken care of, and it gave me a reassuring feeling to stay in such a fresh and renewed environment. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the panoramic view from the balcony was delightful. The location was ideal for exploring the area yet peaceful enough for relaxation. All in all, my stay here was a positive experience. Es war ein rundum toller Aufenthalt! Vielen lieben Dank! Tolles Haus, stilvolle Ambiente / wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Atemberaubender Blick von der Terrasse. 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar ist das Dorfzentrum mit dem kleinen Picasso Museum und unzähligen kleinen Keramik-Läden.

Traumhafte Aussicht, wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in der Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist wie abgebildet und alles war sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht war unglaublich - den Fernseher haben wir nicht gebraucht! Die Anlage ist gepflegt, der Gemeinschaftspool hat uns völlig ausgereicht und war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Den Parkplatz konnten wir mit unserem Kombi nicht gut nutzen, da er sich direkt neben dem Schiebetor befand - wir konnten aber gut auch während der Saison auf den nicht markierten Plätzen unser Auto abstellen. Wir möchten gerne noch einmal wiederkommen!!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage in Vallauris. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer! Die Lage ist perfekt für Touren nach Nizza, Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez und Grasse. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Wohnanlage. Auch diese ist ruhig und gepflegt und man kann sein Auto hinter dem Tor sicher abstellen. Der Kontakt mit Alain war immer sehr freundlich! Der Pool erfüllt seinen Zweck!

Bijou avec vue splendide

Cet appartement avec entrée indépendente est un vrai bijou qui offre une vue splendide sur les Alpes-Maritimes et la Méditérranée. Le mobilier, la vaisselle et les textiles de maison ont été choisis et coordonnés avec un gôut sûr et personnel par un spécialiste pour la décoration d'intérieur. Le balcon est également bien et joliment amménagés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie d'y prendre le petit café du matin et l'apéritif. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le moment de notre arrivée. Nous recommendons cet appartement pour un couple qui apprécie la décoration de maison aussi en vacances à un prix doux. Le propriétaire était toujours atteignable par téléphone. Merci, Alain, pour votre gentillesse.

Schöne mit tolle Aussicht und in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der individuell und mit Geschmack eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse sind unheimlich schön. Persönlich hat mir ein Kleiderschrank gefehlt. Da war etwas zu wenig Stauraum für vier Personen. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und reibungslos. Alles wurde rechtzeitig, genau beschrieben und war unkompliziert. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Es bieten sich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Grasse usw. Die Wohnung kann ich jedem Empfehlen, der gerne das Besondere mag. Alain war stets sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Bel endroit!!

Super endroit pour passer ses vacances à Antibes. L’appartement est décoré avec soins et beaucoup de goût! Tout y est très chic. Là résidences est très calme….la piscine est magnifique et tranquille sous le chant des cigales!!…..un endroit que nous recommandons vivement pour les adeptes des vacances tranquilles et confortables!……et grosse cerise sur le gâteau : une vue magnifique tous les jours! Et avec une première loge pour le levé du soleil ( pour les lèves tôt 🙂)!! Alain le proprietaire est très réactif si besoins!…..nous reviendrons !

Tout était parfait. L'installation a été grandement facilitée par une personne très aimable. L'appartement est très très beau, avec une déco moderne et très soignée. Au niveau de l'équipement tout était disponible. La piscine parfaite. La vue était magnifique !
