Nice house, but several problems

The house is nice and confortable, useful for 10 people. However, due to a previously big storm, we had several problems (not hot water for the first 2 days, swimming pool not useful for 5 days). The owner answers and helps us to solve the problems. Cleanliness was very bad. Recommended but with a much better cleanliness.
