**This all-comfort apartment, will offer you the following features:**

A large and bright main room with a lounge area and the open-floor kitchen, with direct access to the terrace. Furnishing includes a smart TV, a sofa, armchairs on the lounge side, and a dining table for 6 people with the well-equipped open kitchen where you will find a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

A large terrace with Eastern orientation, featuring one of the best views of the city of Cannes and all the way to the sea, as well as a second dining table for six people for the perfect meals al fresco!

A first bedroom with two single beds, opening to a second terrace on the West side so you can enjoy cool mornings after bed, or cool sunsets before bed.

A second bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet/dressing and also access to the West-side terrace.

A third bedroom, fairly similar, with a double bed (140cm) and also opening to the west-side terrace.

Two bathrooms with showers and some really nice tile work.

One separate toilet

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps in your street, the Rue Sergent Gazan, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within less than ten minutes away on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention.

Stroll along the famous Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats.

Go to the train station and take a ride along the picturesque Riviera, between sea and hills.

Empty your bank account in the upscale boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes.

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 30 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 9 pm, 40 Euros after 10 pm and 50 Euros after 11 pm (sleep time is expensive...). Late arrivals after midnight are not possible (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
