Featuring a wrap around screened porch and small open deck, this resort retreat's main level is home to the living room and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with separate soaking tub and shower). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Great location with kids

I loved that the house was right across from the pool, splash pad, and hot tub. The bunk beds were also a hit!

Property location is great next to the pool for the most part the property is clean

Enjoy this day property has most everything required lacking in spices and other things to cook with and all utensils couch and loveseat is old and should be replaced TV in the living room small suggest a TV over the fireplace would be better otherwise convenient location of anywhere in Bethany Beach

Annual trip to Sea colony

Sea colony never disappoints. We had some missing towels and ant issue. We called the office and was taken care of right away. Aside from that, the place was awesome. The staff was good. The Marketplace area is the bomb. Always love staying at Sea colony. See you next year.

Good Location in Sea Colony.

This unit is right across from the main pool and close to the fitness center. Great location. The units furniture is generally fine, but overall the unit is very dated. Unlike many units in Sea Colony, it does not appear that this unit has ever been updated. It still has carpet nearly everywhere, a very old refrigerator that could use a deep clean or replacement, and the showers/bath have mold/mildew. We go to Sea Colony every year, but will likely avoid this unit next time.

Decent house but not clean

The property condition was poor and it required us to provide significant additional cleaning before we settled in. Repeatedly asked for a cleaning refund or someone to come and clean and never heard back from the local team.

Okay but worn

We love Sea Colony and have rented many times over the years in various units. We especially love the beach tram, the beaches, and the pools. The new aquatic center splash pad is great. That said, this unit needs some improvement. It could use some deep cleaning and some furniture updating. The kitchen was missing some essentials like enough utensils for our family of 8 to eat together. Bunk bed needs repair to make upper bunk safe and usable as the strap holding the ladder is broken.

Needs a refresh and better housekeeping

Unit is decorated nicely but needs a refresh. Non-stick pans are peeling, couches are worn and stained and paint/finish is peeling from the deck furniture. Heating elements on the stove are uneven making it difficult to cook anything. The carpets had just been cleaned but the refrigerator and pantry cabinet were dirty. The master shower was moldy - called maintenance to clean the shower head. I didn't notice the mold around the inside of the door until I went to take a shower. Cleaned it myself - chunks of mold were coming off.
