Approximately four miles to the Delaware and Maryland beaches and an easy stroll to the community pool and playground (just four houses away), this spacious five-bedroom (and loft), three-and-a-half-bath open floor plan Swann Cove vacation home offers an excellent place to call home while making beach memories. The first floor features the master suite - with its own private access to the deck and a view of the creek - and a bedroom (no closet). The second floor offers two more bedrooms and a loft, complete with Xbox 360. The separate cottage (the fifth bedroom) features its own bath, private entrance, and dedicated heat/air conditioning. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and more. Four TVs (all flat-screens), Blu-ray, two DVD players, DVD library, Xbox 360, Keurig, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, and WFi.

*Up to two dogs are welcome to join you at this home.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Note: Swann Cove features a community pool, which is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests do not have access to the community's gym and clubhouse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
