The ideal home for our week. The home is lovely… beautifully furnished and comfortable. Location is very nice with a short ride to grocery & restaurants. There are many nice features in this home and beds are quite comfortable. It’s very quiet inside the home. The only 2 things that would make it perfect would be to include a Keurig and a golf cart. We were fortunate enough to rent a cart from Master’s since time of year was hard to come by one, but having the convenience of one included takes the stress and time out of getting one. If you’re considering this home, you would not be disappointed!

Our Armstrong Avenue in The Villages Review

This was our first experience renting on VRBO and at The Villages. So, it was all new to us. Jeff, our Host, made it easy for us and was very responsive. We didn’t have any issues and his home was perfect and beautiful, much beyond our expectations. We loved the location and all the walking paths near his home and got to see the local alligator on our daily walks. The WI-FI worked perfect, as I was also working from the home during my stay. Everything about the home was just as advertised, even better and Jeff provided information on golf cart rentals and good restaurants when we asked him. He also had numerous magazines about The Villages and the recreational activities. The Newcomers Guide to The Villages was super helpful. We do love to grill outside and we were unable to use the grill as it was all rusted out and we did not want to make a greasy mess out on the patio.

Lovely home with everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in yard was ideal for our pets. Friendly neighbors. The owner, Jeff, was quick to respond and answer any questions we had and was very welcoming to his home. Fantastic month in the Villages!

We own this home but live in TN. We visit The Villages to see family and friends, play golf and enjoy going to the town squares and doing the other activities.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in the Village of Monarch Grove. On the east side is Swallowtail Recreation Area which features an adult pool, corn toss, shuffleboard, and more. If you are looking at activities for your family, friends or furry children, just a short journey north will bring you to Riverbend Recreation Area and Rupert Canine Park. Riverbend features a family-style pool, tennis courts, meeting and gathering rooms along with a fire pit! It is near 6 golf courses.

What makes this property unique

You will love the open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen area. The sliding glass doors to the lanai open up into the living area so you can enjoy the outdoor breeze. The Master bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms for more privacy. We also have a privacy fence for pets.
