Great place for family beach vacay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for our teen boys and their two friends. The golf cart made it easy to access the beach and other Sandestin amenities. The property manager provided helpful, timely information. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. Proximity to the beach was great with the golf cart. The unit was clean and well stocked (you’ll need to bring cone filters if you want to use the coffee pot).

Great Spot

Great location

Beautiful place. You may want to let people know to bring cone coffee filters and spices like salt and pepper. There’s also no beach accessories to borrow.

A Gem!

This is a great rental all around! Location, amenities, golf cart all help make it easy to enjoy all the wonderful activities both Gulf and Bayside. Most noticable was cleanliness throughout! Only gave 4 stars as upstairs carpet is quite worn though its listed as newly renovated.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sterile. No frills. Terrible customer service. Tried calling their customer service number for help getting my Amazon delivery. They said they couldn’t help me....No extra blankets. No extra towels. Basically demand the customer clean the space before they leave. The pools were over crowded and dirty. Will not return

Another great property in the Beachwalk Villas

There are three things I’d like to mention at first that could use improvements. The chain lock at the front door was broken. However, the deadbolt worked just fine. The dryer did not seem to work very well as it needed usually three cycles to dry a small amount of clothes. Lastly, we had issues with availability of the one parking space that we required. At times there was no place to either put the golf cart or our vehicle. This has nothing to do with the owner or the property just something that the neighborhood needs to consider because it is quite an issue when you don’t have a place to put your car. That said, the house had everything we needed for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates and other things such as pizza cutters and cookie sheets that we needed during our stay. Someone had suggested to bring our own cone filters for the coffee maker and we did so. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The unit had a great grill that we used a few times and we fished on the lake in the backyard. This neighborhood is close to all of the outdoor activities we like to participate in when we visit Miramar Beach such as parasailing and jet skiing. It’s right near a lot lot of shopping and we couldn’t be more pleased with the location this year. We would definitely return again and we highly recommend this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and has everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was great and much needed to get around the community and to the beach. The condo did have some areas that could have been better. The dryer didn’t function properly so ended up bringing wet clothes home. The primary bedroom door didn’t lock so we couldn’t get the privacy we hoped for. Also the upstairs shower nozzle sprayed everywhere but didn’t keep us from showering. The condo could be upgraded some but I’m sure it stays pretty booked so not easy to do. Also there isn’t designated parking so it’s sometimes difficult to find a spot near the condo or to plug the golf cart up for the night to charge. The only other thing I will mention is if you have kids, the stairs are slick, steep and narrow. So it can be kinda dangerous. Our 6 year old daughter fell down them but just a couple of bruises. We will be back to sandestin golf and beach resort but may find other accommodations next time.

Our baby slept in the huge closet upstairs, our five year old had her own room, and the two master bedrooms was a dream! It was clean and we loved the furniture being leather so very easy to wipe down with kids. It did have a pack n play in the closet so next time we will be so glad to not have to travel with that.The pond was my husbands happy place, the golf cart was my daughters favorite part, and I loved having everyone happy :) we used the golf cart to go everywhere to eat, watch fireworks, watch a movie on the lawn, and of course the beach everyday. The only suggestion a I have is to pack a couple of trash bags (so you don’t have to go buy a huge box when you run out). Everything with platinum was exactly as they said. We had toilet problems and they were there to fix it immediately!! The maintenance man Rueban was so nice!!!! Nicole and all of the ladies helped me so much when deciding where to book. We definitely found our perfection vacation spot and we can’t wait to come back! Platinum vacations knocked it out of the park!!

Place was clean and I noticed the high quality of kitchen items..blender, dishes, utensils, cookware. Beautifully decorated. Great golf cart! Only bummer was no beach chairs, umbrella. Also would have liked an umbrella on patio table outside. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place! Oh, lovely view of the lake too!! Loved dealing with Platinum staff as well.
