From the dining room table, which seats 14 people, you have an unforgettable view of the Salzburg Dolomites from the large panoramic window.

Enjoy the sunset (alpine glow) with a mulled wine, warmly wrapped up, or let the day end with a pleasant sauna in the private sauna area of the house.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and has a fireplace in the living-dining area.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob, leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers.

In the adjoining living area (man) you can find out about what's going on in the world with a crackling fire on the 42 'LCD TV. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (160cm).

A staircase in the hallway leads to a spacious gallery in the pointed floor. This is equipped with two double beds (160cm each) and offers a view of the living and dining area through two window elements.

In the basement you will find 2 cozy double rooms furnished in a modern, Austrian style, each with a double bed (180cm each). As well as a spacious family room for 4 people (double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed), additionally equipped with seating.
From the bedrooms you have the possibility to get into the garden.

Also in the basement there are 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower, one of them with a washing machine and dryer.
The relaxation area can be reached via the bathroom.
This has a large sauna with external shower and additional. Kneipp shower and loungers.
From there you can easily get into the garden to cool off in the snow.

The ski storage is located next to the entrance area. There you can store your skis and ski boots safely until the next use. This room is equipped with a ski boot heater.

In front of the house there are 2 - 3 parking spaces.

The house is a new building. Completion in November 2013
