781 Spinnaker Beach House -

Relax and enjoy the best of Seabrook Island at 781 Spinnaker! Our villa is a short 5 minute walk to Pelican Beach and the Seabrook Island Club Beach Club!

Our well appointed villa is meticulously maintained. Sunny eat-in designer kitchen with serene views of coastal palm trees, formal and informal dining areas, screened porch, 2 story living room comfortably appointed with lots of seating, wall mounted HDTV, master bedroom on the main level and full size laundry/utility room. The master bedroom features a king size bed, coastal furniture, designer bedding, spacious closets and a wall mounted, flat panel TV. Full bath with ceramic tile, glass doors and cottage style bath vanity with lots of storage!

On the upper level, guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, TV and private deck where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of our beautiful island. The other bedroom features a queen bed, skylights and plantation shutters. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans. The second floor bathroom features a tile shower and oversize vanity. Our WIFI provider is Xfinity.

We even have a minifridge in the utility room and Edison lights on the rocking chair screened porch! There is no comparison to any other Spinnaker villa on Seabrook Island! A charcoal grill is available under the villa for guest use.

Property is dog friendly for 1 large dog or 2 small dogs 10 lbs. or under with a pet fee to apply for each dog. (No cats permitted.)

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Enjoy rounds of golf on the Ocean Winds or Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf courses, play tennis at the Racquet Club with clay courts, relax at the Beach Club with resort style swimming pools and ocean front restaurant, ride horses at the Equestrian Center or on the beach, swim laps in the indoor salt water pool, schedule a massage or fit in a workout at the Lake House. Bike or drive your LSV (low speed electric vehicle) over to Freshfields Village, Bohickets Marina and Kiawah Island! This was a nicely remodeled Spinnaker. We love the location of the Spinnaker houses - walking distance to watch sunsets. We had a wonderful two weeks on Seabrook and look forward to returning!

Beautiful place

We came for a wedding so only stayed 2 nights. The townhouse was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and very clean. We enjoyed coffee on the screen porch. This property is at the far end of the Spinnaker beach houses so the walk to the Club was further than expected.

Great vacation spot

This villa was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The first day we arrived the grill did not have a propane tank and the property manager was very prompt in bringing one right over after we contacted them. Seabrook Island is so peaceful and just the kind of vacation we needed to reboot before school starts again. Thanks for a great week with no worries- would love to come back again.

Great family fun!!!!!

The owner Liz was very helpful at check in. The instructions we were given for check in process were not correct since they had recently changed property managers but Liz fixed this issue wry promptly. It was a little further walk to beach than expected or stated in listing especially with small children. Overall a very clean , spacious, updated property. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay again!!! Thanks Liz!!

We are aleady thinking about next year after this wonderful week. My husband & I vacationed with our 5 children ages 3-13. The new Beach Club was enjoyed by all. We participated in several of the activities at the Beach Club. We were able to walk to the sound within 5 minutes. The kids found lots of hermit crabs and sand dollars, plus we caught 5 blue crabs! We saw deer everywhere around the villa and on the beach. The accomodations were perfect for us ane we hope to return soon.

Great small family place

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spinnaker Beach house vacation! It was out first vacation since Covid hit. We needed a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved all of the upgrades in this house. Perfect size for our family of four. We found that we enjoyed the beach a little further down past the pool area. There were more waves there for the kids to enjoy boogie boarding. We would drive the short distance to that boardwalk…less than two minute drive. There was always parking available there. The beach closer to our home was perfect for watching the sunset each night. Beautiful each night and the perfect was to end each day. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!

Property was as described. Everything was great. We stay in Seabrook every summer , but this was the first time we had to pay for amenities like the pool. As well as paying for towels $5 for each microchiped towel. You were not allowed to bring your own. We were not made aware of this.

Only issue is that the AC has to be set very low in order to keep the two upstairs bedrooms cool enough then it’s super cool downstairs and just cool enough upstairs.

Amazing vacation in Seabrook

We loved our stay at this Spinnaker Beach house! The location of the unit was perfect on the end and the view from the living room to the lush green trees were beautiful! Everything looked exactly or better than online. The decor was so pretty and everything was very comfortable. It was a easy 5 bike ride to the Beach Club with a 7 and 10 year old and beach access is very close. We loved the Beach House pool and beach and Freshfields is 10-15 minutes away.

Dodged a hurricane! Great house!

This house is LOVELY. It has lots of space, nice furnishings, great porches to sit and relax. Nice end unit. Owner was very accommodating with dates and COVID changes. We were there when Hurricane Isaias struck, luckily sparing the island, but I did email the property manager and never heard back. Had it been a worse storm, I would have been concerned that no one was in touch with us about how to gather cushions, outside furniture, etc.

Updated, roomy property, convenient to beach club

We rented this property for July 4th week (2020). When we arrived, we could not get into the home because the door code had been changed, and no one let us know. I was able to get in touch with the property manager, who was easily accessible, and she gave me the new code. The property was clean, updated, nicely decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, is roomy, and convenient walking distance to the beach, and beach club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. People were definitely social distancing on the beach, and the Club's restaurants were open, as were the majority in Freshfields.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:

For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. What makes this property unique

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
