Spacious duplex apartment of around 90 m² located in the very center of Saint-Aygulf / Fréjus, just 300 meters from the seafront. The beaches as well as numerous small coves (criques) are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd and top floor of a small residence with lift access. It features two loggias (balconies), providing pleasant outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Thanks to its exceptional location, everything is within walking distance: bakery in the same street, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, post office, hairdresser, bike rental, and the weekly market (Tuesday and Friday). A car is not necessary to fully enjoy your stay.
