Pet Friendly - Large duplex: 2 Bedroom / 2.5 bath - 10 min walk to the beach

.A beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo, less than a 10 minute walk from the beach!

The complex includes 3 sunny and large pools and a tennis court.

A perfect all-season getaway, close to the beach and all that the South Forest / Coligny area has to offer. A bike ride away from many shops and restaurants! This is a *dog friendly* condo. It is one of very few dog friendly condos/houses left in HHI. The reason for this being that it is *hard* on the management team, cleaners and owners to allow pets. It is almost impossible to get rid of every single pet hair when cleaning. If you expect zero pet hair anywhere, do not stay here. We *thoroughly* clean between each stay. However, there may be stray pet hair here and there. As animal lovers, we’d like to remain pet friendly. As guests with pets, we hope you help us do so.

**Up to 2 well-behaved (house trained) pets welcome for a small additional fee that will be charged at the time of booking. Please let me know if you will be bringing pets** No more than TWO pets allowed.

****Eco and animal friendly pest control service is every first Tuesday of the month. This happens inside the condo to ensure a lovely stay for all. Please let us know if you have any questions****

Has Potential but needs some attention

Had a hard time finding the unit was a long walk from where the parking was with luggage and groceries. Unit needed to be cleaned and painted. Couch was filthy, living room chair appeared to have a big yellow stain on it. Porch was dirty. Dryer spewed lint. Kitchen was not well stocked. Place could be nice if owner put some money to update it and deep clean. Was a really long walk to the beach. Did not report to property management how dirty the couch was due to not being able to correct it during our stay. Meghan did reach out about stay but we had already checked out. Need to update welcome book. Pool was nice but we were kicked out at noon one day for them to do chemicals.

Needed to be cleaned better before renters arrive

bedding was not clean and furniture and floors were not cleaned. Beds were comfortable but the place was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived and we had to get clean comforter and sheets. Meagan was nice to help but we were disappointed in the state of the place.

1st Hilton Head stay

There are so many things to say about this condo rental....we stood outside of the condo for almost a hour trying to get into touch with property manager to get code to get into condo. The one we were given was wrong. Once inside...floors were filthy! No dirt to sweep up, but you could tell the place was never mopped....our socks were black from walking on the floor. A year's worth of dust under the beds. A cockroach the size of my hand was dead in the corner of broom closet. Had to change bedsheets the 1st night prior to sleeping in them. The washer/dryer was covered in sand and dust. The dryer spit out lint everywhere in between every load. The balcony was horrible. Afraid to sit on cushions/chairs. Every part was dirty. The 8 minute walk claiming in the description was more like 15minutes. We will never stay at this condo again. I understand why people pay thousands of dollar to stay in luxury hotels.

Great time in a great place

Very nice condo, very well decorated, with an easy access to the beach and bike trails. The place is 5min bike to Sea pines and Coliny beach park, 15min bike to Harbour town. Ideal for family time
