With just short walk to the beach, this is the perfect home away from home for your next Hilton Head getaway! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom town home is located in Stones Throw from the Ocean off of Folly Field Road & it has everything you could possibly want on your vacation.

This property is pet friendly for 1 dog up to 35lbs. There is an additional $100 pet fee.  This is usually collected separately from your reservation.

As you enter you will be greeted by the fully stocked, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. A Keurig coffee pot is offered for your convenience. Walking out of the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 5+ to enjoy a nice dinner after a trip to the beach and a family room which offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group to unwind and watch the game on a new flat screen tv.

The villa is located on the second floor. There is a balcony with seating so you can sit out to listen to music and enjoy the pool view.  The bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. A washer/dryer is provided for you to use in the unit.

Stone's Throw from the Ocean is located mid Island and a short 5-7 minute walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance. Parking is assigned and includes 1 parking space with additional guest parking throughout the complex. The community pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the unit.

Great location, nice property

We really liked this place. It was just the right size for the two of us and our small dog. The only feedback I have is that the mattress is extremely hard. If you need a soft or plush mattress to be able to get a good night’s sleep, this may not be the best choice. Overall, we loved our stay.

Folly Field Beach Find

The best thing about this property is that it is just a two block walk to the boardwalk at Folly Field Beach. You can go to the beach without paying for parking!Overall, the unit is nice. There were a few less amenities than we would normally expect. The kitchen has been updated, however, other areas are showing their age.One thing to note - this is a second floor unit. That was not overly clear to me from the listing, unless you read the descriptions of all of the pictures one of which included the word "balcony".Overall you can't beat the location. We would stay here again, but would definitely prefer the first floor.

Perfect place for me and my dog

Close to beach, not fancy but comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bed comfortableViviana was very responsive when there was an issue with the dishwasher , which was promptly fixed. The microwave died but they immediately brought another. I could never get Spectrum to work even after Viviana tried to show me. Directions left in binder do not work. I would stay here again even if I couldn’t get Spectrum to work

Great location, loved the pool. Our unit has nice upgrades in kitchen and bath, however the sliding doors are so old and packed with leaves etc, the little deck also needs a good scrub. Furniture and living room sheets really need replaced. We spent most of our time at the pool or checking out local attractions so it wasn’t a huge deal. All in all was a nice stay.

June 8 vacation

We had a wonderful time. We brought our little miniature dachshund. The condo is updated, clean and very convenient to the beach, shopping, and all restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful setting. We will return!

Great week!

We had an amazing stay here. Just a short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! Our dog had an even better time! Weve never been able to take him due to restrictions but the property manager was so nice and was quick to respond each time- we even added an additional night to our stay! The area was quiet and room was very clean. The only recommendation I have would be to replace the mattress on the pull out couch, you can feel the frame through it. Otherwise, zero complaints!! Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Great Condo

Stayed for several days. Had everything we needed and is about half a mile from public to the beach access with a nice side walk. Also close to local amenities like restaurant and shopping centers.

It was a great location, was able to walk everywhere. Cute condo with a good layout and balcony. It was a little small for us with the baby. Little to no extra stuff provided. We ended up buying towels and dishwasher soap and paper towels. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

Great Value for the location

As vacation rental hosts this is what we observed. Pros: Convenient location, clean upon arrival., stocked with amenities, mgt company did get back to us quickly. Beach location was great ( short walk to the beach) Restaurants. Cons: inaccurate information regarding a guard and receiving a pass did not exist. ( info needs to be updated) Towels were clean but stained Mattress cover was stained. (washed sheets) Past guests left suggestions that have not been addressed. ( mattress comfort, darkening curtains,( lights from neighbor hood shines in), entrance door knob leaving dent in the wall.)

Good location about 5 minute walk to the beach and in a nice area. Its not a luxury type place but good value for what I paid. The condo looks like it has been renovated. There are some minor things that are worn, but nothing that should really impact your stay. There were curtains on the windows, but it needs blinds/window treatments to help improve privacy.

2023 Folly Field trip

The location was perfect centrally located and access to beach (although partially closed off due to renovations) was good. Would like to stay in same location next year! The amenities were nice and clean.
