The property is spacious, well equipped, easy to find.I found communication with the host very difficult. He either didn't reply or took several days or weeks to respond. Only got access information the night before we arrived and we were coming from several hundred miles away abd three different starting points, which caused some anxiety.The exterior photos were obviously taken three or four years ago. Everything in the garden is looking very different. Either in poor repair, dead, or overgrown.We had no information on how to maintain the hot tub, even though we messaged the host. However, we left it in a cleaner condition than when we arrived.The worst part was the heat. We stayed during a heatwave with daily temperatures around 38 degrees. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to cool the south facing house and the interior temperature at night upstairs was over 37 degrees, with no breeze, no air con and no fans. It's not the hosts problem that the heatwave happened, but it was the second this year in France so there should have been fans at least. I'm sure it gets hot in the house even at temperatures in the 20s. We left before the end of our booking because we were all unable to sleep and were ill and uncomfortable.

Nous avons passés 5 jours sur ce mois de juillet 2026, le logement est de qualité et conforme à l annonce mise à part le flipper indiqué dans le descriptif qui en réalité est purement décoratif selon le propriétaire.Côté propreté rien à dire sur l'intérieur tout est fait avec goût, par contre au niveau de l’extérieur, le spa gonflable et son contour en bois ont quelques années (attention aux visses saillantes) et la terrasse mériterait un bon nettoyage.Côté équipement tout était présent et le logement était très fonctionnel, l attention du propriétaire à notre arrivée avec de la brioche et du jus de pomme était très sympathique.Il aurait été intéressant d’avoir un mémo de l’hôte sur le fonctionnement de la maison et du spa, bref toutes informations utiles à des voyageurs ne connaissant pas la maison et la région.

Très bel hébergement !

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La maison de Philippe est très agréable à vivre : - très bien située avec une magnifique vue sur la rivière ; - confortable avec des espaces partagés et d'autres plus isolés ; - avec tout ce qu'il faut pour des activités en famille à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La communication avec Philippe a été simple et fluide. Merci à lui pour son accueil et ses charmantes attentions à l'égard de ses locataires ;)

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Nous, 4 adultes, avons passé un merveilleux long weekend pendant le le mans classic à Beaumont dans cette maison fin juin. Trés bien aménagee, tout y était. Le propriétaire avait même rempli le frigo, préparé du pain et tout ce qui était nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Merci beuacoup. La maison et le jardin sont situés dans un endroit idyllique, au bord de l´eau, mais en plein centre de cette peite ville. La boulangerie, le café et les restaurants sont facilement accessible à pied. La remise des clés s´est déroulée sans problème grâce au Key case. Nous y retournerions à tout moment, qui sait peut-être en 2025 pour le prochain le mans classic.

Modernes Design trifft antikes Ambiente in absolut ruhiger Lage

Beaumont sur Sarthe ist ein morbides, reizendes Städtchen, Pizzeria fußläufig zur Fewo, Super U in der Nähe. Wohnung ist für 6 erwachsene Personen geeignet. Nettter Empfang des Vermieters, Brot/Kaffee/Milch/ O-Saft war schon vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Empfehlenswert !!!
