South Redondo Beach Home with amazing heated pool!

A white picket fence sets the tone of a wonderful experience.

The house was remodeled in 2019 with all new upgraded appliances, kitchen and bathrooms.

3 bedrooms. Master has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full below and a single up top (perfect for the kids).

A true chefs kitchen, huge island and open concept common space.

Cozy den area with gas fireplace and a 65 inch TV (cable included).

Amazing backyard with the biggest pool in Redondo beach (pool can be heated at an additional charge per day...sorry, gas is pricey!). Backyard comes complete with a built in gas grill.

You won’t want to leave this oasis…..but if you do, downtown LA is about a 20-30 minute drive (depending on traffic). Disney is 30-40 minute drive. LAX is about 10-15 minutes away.

Cameras are in use at this property. There are three outdoor cameras (front door, front yard and driveway).

Redondo Beach has a 30 minimum night stay in place. Sorry, not our rule! Please make sure all requests are 30+ days. Thanks!

Monday: Trash day (cans must be put back by 6pm). Wednesday: Gardener. Thursday: Pool guy. Back gate must be open for the landscaper/pool guy.
NO filming allowed on premises. NONE. We have been advised to put this as rule, since some adult film companies seem to like to rent properties.
No smoking of any kind inside or outside. This includes marijuana.

Great House In A Great Location!

The house is beautifully maintained and the location is ideal. Walking distance to so many desirable locations! Check in/out was a piece of cake and communication with the owners was never an issue.

Redondo Beach Long Stay

We enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay in this comfortable home where we could entertain family visitors in a spacious kitchen and family room. Walking distance to beach was a plus and the lovely back yard was a restful spot extending the family room into the sun. Hosts were accommodating and considerate making our long stay a delight.

Wonderful stay, relaxing home & perfect location!

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The house is spacious and a perfect set up for us. It truly felt like our home away from home. The pool and yard offered a relaxing spot to enjoy the sunny days. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for chef. The location is perfect - a very safe neighborhood, and walking distance of parks, beach, restaurants & shopping. Larry was super communicative and helpful leading up to our visit. He checked in and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I bought this as our dream property! We love the location as it is close to the beach and the Redondo Riviera Village (which has amazing restaurants/bars and shops).

We both work from home.....so choosing a place that we loved was crucial.

We spend our winters in Mammoth (I am a part time ski instructor as a side hustle)....so we have decided to rent out our property while we are up in the mountains.
