“Paradise Palms” is a sparkling clean, beautifully updated ground floor oceanfront condo at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, thoughtfully designed for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Step right out your private patio door and you’re just moments from the beach or one of two community pools. No elevators, no stairs - just effortless access to Amelia Island’s wide, sandy shoreline.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a cozy meal or enjoy takeout with an ocean view. The dining table overlooks the water, making even a simple breakfast feel special.

Our light-filled living area features two comfortable Pottery Barn sofas layered with plush pillows and soft throws - the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Watch a movie, read a book, play a game, or simply relax while listening to the waves.

The ocean-view primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, convenient USB outlets, and a bedside clock with Bluetooth speaker. You can also step directly onto the patio from the bedroom and start your morning with coffee and sea air.

Enjoy comfortable patio seating, ideal for a glass of wine at sunset or a quiet dinner while listening to the ocean.

What to say… Amelia Island was a lovely place to visit! Mary and I were so relaxed we did not want to leave! The accommodations were GREAT, and all the restaurants we visited were to die for! Amelia Island Cruises and Fort Clinch were both great excursions! We will be back!!!

You can't go wrong with this quaint condo. Perfect for a weekend getaway or, like for my mom, a reprieve from long hours working at the hospital. She came home re-energized and happily suntanned from her stay. She had everything she needed at the condo and cooked in every night.

Lovely beachfront condo!

Immaculate, modern beachfront condo in a quiet setting, yet convenient to all the island has to offer. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful sunrise view, the pool just footsteps from the patio and off course the awesome beach just over the dunes! Michael and Sarah are excellent hosts that provided great communication every step of the way. Thank you!! Would love to stay again.

Our 1st visit to Amelia Island, but it will not be our last! We found the place to be absolutely charming. The condo was as wonderful as it appeared in the pictures. It is located in a slightly isolated but beautiful portion of the island that is quiet and outside the hubbub. Yet the island is small enough that you can get to anywhere quickly. Communication with the owners was top notch! Thank you for letting us use your place!

Hi, and welcome to "Paradise Palms"! We are Michael and Sarah Harris. We live in Atlanta full time, but Amelia Island is our favorite place to visit. We got married in 2010, and for our 10th wedding anniversary we purchased this adorable oceanfront condo. We are so thankful that we own this little slice of heaven - and that we get to share it with you! (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2578408).

Why they chose this property

"Paradise Palms" is an easily accessible, ground floor unit at the beautiful Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. We love pulling up to this quiet end building, easily rolling in our luggage, and walking right out to the beach or pool. We are also big fans of the beaches on the southern end of the island. It's a little quieter and a little less crowded here - not to mention sandwiched in between all the amenities of both the Ritz Carlton and the Omni Resorts!

What makes this property unique

We've made every effort to make sure this is a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for you! We offer beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis racquets and outdoor games for your enjoyment in the sunshine. If you need a break from the sun, we have provided cable TV, a Google Chromecast to stream your favorite shows, free WIFI, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, games, puzzles and books.
