Discover comfort & convenience in our cozy corner condo, offering a serene view of the picturesque Pointe Royale golf course right from your patio! Enjoy the ease of a full kitchen, washer & dryer, Keurig, & dining table perfect for meals and board games.

This renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, featuring a king bed and queen sofa sleeper, plus a queen air mattress, is located in prestigious Pointe Royale Golf Village! Right across the street from the Clubhouse, you can walk to all the amenities and it is nestled right on the golf course.

Pointe Royale is a safe, secure community with a 24/7 manned security guard shack. In addition, the community offers pools, a hot tub, lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, walking trails around the area, access to Lake Taneycomo for swimming or trout fishing, playgrounds, cornhole, outdoor checkers/chess, grill and picnic areas. There is also an 18 hole Championship Golf Course and on-site restaurant. And best of all, our condo is located directly across the parking lot from the Clubhouse, which will put you just steps from many of these great amenities! Our golf course was even recently played by NFL star Tim Tebow!!!

Parking is available for free directly in front of the condo. Uber is available around town. Many pizza places, including the Pointe Royale Grill inside the clubhouse, will deliver right to the door. Table Rock Lake State Park and marina are only 5 miles away. You'll be 3 miles from middle of the 76 strip, 6 miles from Branson Landing, and 6 miles from Silver Dollar City. You'll literally be right in the middle of it all. Perfect location!

*There is one flight of stairs to access the condo.

Great community and wonderful condo!

We loved the location as the condo is right across from the Clubhouse and you can walk to the pool hot tub and restaurant. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed is firm, which I like! The Pointe Royal community is so nice and I love that it’s between the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake so you’re close to whatever it is you want to do but still in a quiet area.

Christmas visit

The condo was nice and clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. The location was close enough to downtown to get to anything we needed with out going to far the indoor pool and pool area was open and clean also.

It was great! The hosts are top notch! Cute living room/bedroom and decorated really nice! We were really busy while in Branson so didn’t get to enjoy the stuff they had. We did notice they had a Roku and games which would have been nice if we were there longer. We have family across so spent most our time there! Zero complaints! If anything I would say we found our place to use every time we come down going forward and that’s what we have been looking for! Thank you!

The property is very nice and newly remodeled. A great place easy to get to and the property owner was superb at communicating everything we needed. Look forward to our next trip and hope it will be a bit longer to enjoy all of the amenities on-site.

Perfect location for a family of four

Family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids ages 4 and 6. Very comfortable, safe, cozy and clean condo. Beautiful and relaxing location with a view nice view to the golf course. Close to all the community amenities including the pools and clubhouse. Kids loved the pools, spent every afternoon/evening in them. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a nice bonus. Had everything we needed during our stay! Will be back!

Although access is down one flight of steps the rear slider walks out to a great patio and green area. We loved the condo. Very clean. King bed and queen air mattress was perfect for a couple w/ 2 grandchildren. Easy access and good owner communication. Will return!

Peaceful Clean Condo

We’ve been to Branson several times. Wanted a quick get-a-way with our 16 year old son where we would all have something of interest. Did an escape room at escapecode which was GREAT! Lots of putt putt golf and shopping. Condo was great. Nice sitting out on the back porch watching golfers play. Pool was crowded when we went with some pretty roudy kids. But over all a great stay.

Clean, nicely decorated

The room was nice. The pull out couch bed mattress was thinner than any we’ve ever used. There were plenty of extra pillows so we had our son sleep on pillows on the mattress. Loved the extra blankets available, we put them to good use. Loved the availability of laundry detergent. The washer is loud, but tolerable. Loved the availability of the long dresser top to place items and the available hangers. Will stay again

Condo was small but cozy and nice.

Check in was easy. Condo was cute and clean. There is a lot of cleaning before checking out that I thought was odd with paying a cleaning fee and a service fee. Washing and drying your sheets before leaving. Washing your towel, wash clothes etc., among other things. But as the condo it’s was good.

Everything in one place!

When we walked in, the condo smelled fresh and clean, and it was spotless! We noticed the book full of past visitor's recommendations and things they enjoyed in Branson right away and had fun looking through it. We were within walking distance of the pool (2 minute walk) and appreciated the pool towels provided at the condo. My husband enjoyed the trout fishing at the back of the complex. Tip--make sure you have both fishing licenses needed because other fishermen will call game officers if they see an unfamiliar face with a fishing pole.

Clean, Immaculate, Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed for our Anniversary June 16-18. The location sits on a beautiful golf course, just a few steps away from the club house and pool. The atmosphere was very relaxing. This resort is very close to Table Rock, you could "feel" the water, we only drove about a 1.5 miles to get to table rock lake, we walked the beach at Table Rock, ate breakfast at Chouteau on the Lake and enjoyed the Branson Scenic route train excursion. We were only 10-15 mins from The Landing, and a short drive to other things to do like shopping, Tanger Outlet mall, etc. The best part of the trip was after a long day of outings coming "home" to this peaceful and clean unit. They thought of everything you could ever need. We didn't need the sofa bed but realized the couch was a sofa bed, with extra blankets in the closet. The resort is surrounded by nature and beautiful homes near the units. This unit sits on the corner lot, and parking was perfect. The bed was comfortable, cozy but spacious unit. We travel often and very picky where we book, we were not disappointed at all. The management is very responsive. We had no issues, but Kelly checked in on us to welcome us and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you Kelly for such a warm welcome and immaculate stay. We will be back!
