This adorable villa was previously owner occupied and never before on the rental market. It is a perfect, secluded villa with easy pool and beach access. Both the living area and master bedroom have access to the balcony, while the guest room has beautiful ocean views. Plenty of seating for both dining and socializing. The dining area can seat up to 6 at the table and there’s additional seating for 3 at the nearby granite breakfast bar.
With all new plank style flooring and soft, coastal blues throughout the villa, it will remind you that you are at the beach to relax and enjoy your time away from home! The sunny master has an attached bathroom with a renovated shower, while the guest room as an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination, perfect for kids!
