My mother 85 years celebration

In general, everything was fine, in the house you find everything you need to enjoy the stay. The only thing in disagreement is the a/c has two rooms that the a/c at night hardly cools. I went with my family to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday and everything was fine.

Beautiful home with all the amenities and a great location

This home had an amazing location. Very well appointed in all aspects, especially kitchen. Very kid and pet friendly. And the decor is lovely. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and I will rent from them again!

The homeowner is a retired firefighter and loves to have family gatherings and friends playing together. His family loves to come to the beach each year so he feels blessed to have the opportunity to provide a gathering spot that will accommodate everybody. He hopes you can share this opportunity as well and find Coral Reef to be the place you want to come on a yearly basis. All effort will be made to ensure Coral Reef is maintained at the highest level and meets expectations. Above all, he wants it to be a fun and memorable place to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

It's a great home for family and friends to gather in the huge living area and large deck with beautiful views. You actually feel like you are on vacation in Surfside instead of going to the hustle and bustle of a busy resort town. Here you can relax, build sandcastles, do whatever makes you happy! This house is HUGE, with it being 2200 square feet, the living/dining area alone are over 1000 square feet! There are two dining tables with seating for 14 along with 6 barstools. Plenty of comfy couches with a 42' TV with DISH network, HBO and a CD library.

What makes this property unique

This house has plenty of room to enjoy each other's company and still have your own privacy. There are three separate sitting areas in the living room alone, there are plenty of chairs on the deck with lots of room to spread out plus there is a downstairs area which is great for your shrimp boils or BBQs.
