Our property is truly in the best location you could ever hope for during your beach stay. You will find this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay or week-end getaway!

Linger in the living room with magnificent 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Step out to the 20 x 30 foot deck to lounge, nap or visit with friends and family.
From here, you can watch your kids frolick at the beach with peace of mind they are mere steps away from you while you kick back on the deck. Our deck is a "shore" thang and will not disappoint with its vast size and amazing view.

Napping is highly encouraged and sometimes unavoidable!

Sit back and take in God's glory year-round where you may teased by uninhibited hummingbirds and huge pelicans that seem to hover overhead.

After indulging your lazy self in the hammock, stroll down the private walk-over bridge and dip your toes in the ocean or swim out to enjoy the incoming waves.

Surfside is home to some of the best surf fishing, beach combing, shelling, boating and swimming. If that sounds too exhausting then hang out on the deck, under the deck or kick back at the beach.

This home offers a most comfortable and soothing oasis whether you are seeking an adult get-away or a family-oriented escape. Everything you need to make your vacation memorable is waiting here for you!

It is our aim to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We go the distance to make sure your stay is convenient, accommodating, relaxing and full of fond memories!

To accommodate you and your family, you can expect to find these common items at our beach home: Smart TV's, high speed wireless internet, and cable TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, microwave, stove, toaster, bbq pit, Keurig K-cup and regular coffee makers, blender, grilling tools, and much more.

The property is fenced and the deck includes 2 latched gates for added security and safety of your little ones.

All linens, towels and bedding are included in each room. You will need to provide your own beach towels and beach chairs, as we do not allow ours to leave the property or be taken to the beach.

While some of the items listed below may be available for your use, you should definitely plan to bring the following: charcoal, lighter fluid, umbrellas, beach chairs, tents, mosquito spray for yourself and even the yard, beach toys, beach towels, bottled water (don't drink the water!), soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, toothepaste, washing detergent (if more is needed), and flashlights.

If you are bringing a pet be warned that our rules are firm. Pets are not allowed on bedding or furniture. Additional charges will apply

Family/friends Beach Front Stay

Wonderful stay! We were four couples with children all under 4. The house was well equipped for kids, had a stocked kitchen, and was an easy few steps from the beach. It was everything we were looking for. A few things we especially appreciated: good outdoor shower/hosing setup, baby gate available in the house, charcoal grills outside, gated patio, outlet covers. A few minor things we noted: not much available cutlery (we’d brought our own plasticware so no affect on us), one room had an open area to downstairs (covered by shades) making it pretty loud for the baby there. Overall beautiful, clean house with everything we needed.

More positive than negative

Our family enjoyed our stay but a few things need repair and the outside siding needs washing. First floor bathtub faucet needs attention to work correctly. Stains on ceiling in the living room, and the front door is swollen and rubs. The decks were great with chairs to sit in to enjoy the view of the water. The air conditioning kept the house cold. Ample supply of kitchen dishes, pots and pans and utensils but the kitchen table was very sticky. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We would consider staying there again if these minor changes and repairs were made.

Great Location

The location to beach was amazing!! I was a little disappointed in the house. Pictures looked different. Definitely needs to be painted and toilets and showers need to be cleaned from stains. Overall we all had a great time and made great memories. Thanks again.😀

Mark and I have had a beach house at Surfside Beach since 2011 and loved it so much we purchased our first investment property as an oceanfront beach house rental.

We are both native Texans! Mark enjoys fishing the bays for reds, trout & flounder. He also enjoys working on our beach houses and has completed many projects on the properties from building decks, fences, showers, adirondack chairs and picnic tables.

While I love fishing too, I enjoy the beach and shelling. As often as possible I enjoy making and creating coastal art for our homes, friends and family. I love my friends at the beach and we consider ourselves the "Surfside Beach Family".

Surfside Beach has a special place in our heart and has brought much happiness, peace and serenity into our lives.
