Spacious Living for the Whole Family

The large, open-concept living area offers beautiful beach views and opens directly to the deck—ideal for enjoying Surfside sunrises and sunsets with your morning coffee. After a day at the beach, settle in for a cozy family movie night with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

At the entryway, families will love the game table, a perfect spot for board games, puzzles, or friendly competition. A convenient half bath is located just off the entryway under the stairs.

The dining area features a custom-made table seating 10, making family meals easy and memorable. The fully stocked modern kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, whether it’s breakfast before the beach or dinner after sunset.

Retreat / 4th Bedroom (Downstairs): Pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), perfect for kids, with sliding doors for privacy and alternate access from the dining room

A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located next to the main bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for busy family mornings.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total (including approved day visitors; children under 2 are exempt)
Only registered guests allowed on the property
Exceeding the guest count will result in cancellation without refund

$150 pet fee (paid after booking)

Hurricane / Storm Policy

Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy = 12) parties/events permitted.

Moondancer was the perfect home for our family vacay. It was clean and had so many thoughtful touches. The proximity to the beach is great just a few steps and you are there. We will definitely make plans to stay again!

Family beach trip

Kat was amazing, keeping us informed in the days and hrs leading up to our check in. We loved the super close proximity to the beach. Everyone loved tge deck with its amazing ocean views and comfortable seating. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped- even had a blender! The outdoor shower was particularly helpful to rinse the children off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great access to beach.

We had a great stay at this location. The beach is right there, and tends to be very quiet in the mornings and evenings. The restaurants in the area i'd recommend are the seahorse grill and dorado's. Highly recommend booking this place. Great hosts accomodated us. Would book again.

Moondancer has everything you need for a wonderful stay ! Very clean, comfortable beds, great layout! Location of the house was excellent too! Kat was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Can definitely recommend :)

PERFECT Location!

This house was maybe a 30 second walk to Surside’s best beach for kiddos! The host was wonderful and extremely quick to answer. Other than a few very minor cosmetic things, the house was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Mini-Family Reunion

We met our son and daughter and their families at the beach house. Just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we (almost) had enough room for everyone. We barbecued, roasted marshmallows, and walked on the jetty. Great place to stay!!

Great family beach vacation

This was a perfect house for our 2-family vacation that included an infant, 3 toddlers, and 2 primary school aged kids. The distance from the beach was perfect and ample space for everyone inside. The kitchen is basic, but if you’re really into cooking you might want to bring your own essentials (eg sharp knife, etc). Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Great Property

This house was perfect for our family, including my 2 grandsons (11/2 and 3). It was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the beach from our second floor porch! The beach was very close to the house. The host was also very helpful and answered my questions quickly ( especially the one about how to turn on the TV!).

Comfortable and close to the beach

Our family of 11 enjoyed this comfortable house with a large table for our meals and games, The master bed was very comfortable! The sand pit under the house made a great place to hangout in the shade. It would have been even better if the swing could be hung to face the sand pit play area.

The Hosts are the best.

The property was amazing more than we could have ever hoped for. The Host Kat, had to cancel our forst reservation and gave us an upgrade at the same price. She is a stand up person and made our stay the greatest with all the little things you forget to bring provided. Great communication, and availability. Just amazing!!!

We had a great overall stay, even right after Hurricane Beryl..there were a couple leaks, but the owner was right in it to get it fixed. They even offered to refund our stay if we wanted to cancel our trip. But we decided we wanted to stay and we are glad we did. The host was amazing!! The house was clean, a/c worked great and the location is perfect!
