Water surrounds you on all sides in this spacious, 4-bedroom home. To the left, your view is the sea. To the right is kayakers or the fisherman’s paradise on Swan Lake with access to bay fishing. This is not your ordinary beach house. Deluxe upgrades await including fenced upper & lower decks, deluxe premium whole home water filtration system, an en-suite bathroom for each of the 3 master sized rooms plus a four bunk bed kids oasis, with hardwoods throughout, large flat screens in every room, granite, & gorgeous furniture. Every couple has plenty of private space with adjoining bathrooms to their oversized bedrooms with plenty of “extras”. Enjoy the new outdoor shower to wash off the sand, newly fenced and stained decks for the pets or kids, downstairs separately fenced including large gates to pull your boat or motorcycles inside, under the house, a grill and a fully equipped kitchen plus and an assortment of beach toys for your ultimate beach get away. Boat? Bring that along! We have plenty of room for your boat storage & are directly across the street from Swan Lake with bay access and access to several hidden boat ramps. Golf cart rental is mere steps from your front door for easy access. This home boasts great fishing, boating and kayaking access. We are sitting on a fishing gold mine!

BEAUTIFULLY PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY

It was very close to the beach, the short walk was so nice to be able to go back and forth. They had nice high ceilings with plenty of space & a nice size hot tub. Grill was bigger than expected & great for s'mores. Plenty of fun beach toys to use & so nice to have the beach towels. Sunsets & Sunrises up on that porch was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL view on BOTH sides! Amazing get away spot for anyone who is wanting to relax at the Beach or the Lake!!

The house had lots of room for everyone, and the downstairs was awesome with plenty of seating. The beach was like a 30 second walk which was great! overall 10/10 would stay here again!

Surfside Beach Sanctuary

Our family had an awesome vacation. This beautiful beach home was very spacious, tall ceilings and doors, loads of windows. The home was very nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable for our large family. We frequently rent homes for our family vacations and as snowbirds during the winter months - this property is one of our top favorites! Additionally, our host was awesome!!!

I buy only the best towels & linens, basically only items that I want to sleep on, for example. I'm so sorry about the dryer! Beautiful beach house that met all our needs

My dad was celebrating his 94th birthday the week of thanksgiving and since he moved out of house, there’s no room for our family to stay when we visit. After hours of searching for a house to accommodate 12 people ages 4- 63, we found this one. Big open spacious living area with all my favorite colors and decor. I could see the beach from all the living area windows. Beautiful new sectional, additional chairs so we could all be together. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Most generous with toiletries like soap, washing pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, everything we needed. Other beach houses offered 1 or none of each. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoy the huge area downstairs. Loved all of us being on one floor. If we need a house again in this area, we would definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is amazing with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very well kept and extremely comfy beds. My wife wants me to text Erica the owner to find out about the sheets and comforter because she loved them so much. Erica was very responsive and quickly had a dryer issue resolved. The house is extremely close to the beach which was really convenient with kids. We will stay here again!

My family of 10 had a great time at this rental! It's alot closer to the beach then photos seem and super easy access. Everything is well kept and beds are really comfortable! The downstairs area was a fan favorite for the kiddos! Definitely recommend 10/10.

We love Surfside Beach & our vacation home! A short walk to the beach is exactly what we need to rest and unwind from our daily lives running a plumbing company in the DFW area. You are surrounded by water & salty air; the ocean is in clear view from our balcony to the right & to the left is the lake. You are steps from the beach, less than a 1-minute walk. Surfside offers a quieter alternative to Galveston and we fell in love with this lovely beach community from the first time we stayed here. We love the golf cart scene. The fishing is great & the restaurant choices are wonderful too! We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do.
